Ch 2: Finally Rest...Or So I Thought

----------10 Years Later-----------

I traveled from town to town through the woods for as long as I remember. Not attracting attention from the humans or packs I have gone through. In fact, no one even looks at me anymore...it's as if I'm invisible to them. So far I haven't shifted into my human form for about 17 days.

Right now I was passing through a packs land. Who's? I have no idea. All I was thinking about was going thru, not getting caught, getting clean, and sleep. I just have this unnerving feeling something big is going to happen today.

Walking into a small clearing, I saw a small waterfall connecting to a pond. The waterfall was about 10 feet from the ground. I guess I could wash off, it's not like anybody is around. Shifting into my human form, I stretched enjoying the feeling of being relaxed. Diving into the pond I sat at the bottom and pushed off. Breaking threw the surface I swam towards the waterfall, finally underneath it I scrubbed the dirt off that was caked on my skin.

I heard a snap. I sunk under the water and swam behind the water fall. Coming up for air, I glance through the downpour of water to see someone walking thru the trees. All I saw was a teenage boy walking towards the pond. I knew this was a bad idea!!! I thought to myself silently while rubbing my hands on my face.

Glancing back up I see him stripping his pants off. I covered my eyes because I was embarrassed with what I almost saw. Peeking thru my fingers I notices he was missing. Where did he go? Wait what is that coming towards the waterfall? Oh crap! Its him I just know it! I felt something brush against my ankle, glancing down I saw him come up for air.

Looking at him, he stared back at me like a deer in headlights. He glanced down but looked away noticing I was also naked. Squeezing his eyes shut, I saw a blush run up his neck onto his cheeks. I covered myself with one of my arms.

"OH MY GOSH!!! I'M SO SORRY! I DIDN'T REALISE ANYONE WAS HERE! THERE WASN'T ANY CLOTHES! I JUST AS----" I covered his mouth before he could continue.

"My first question. Did you see anything?" I asked taking my hand away from his mouth so he could answer.

Opening his eyes he glanced at my face and turned slightly. "Well...I kinda saw your...ummmm...boobies. Why are you naked anyway?" Blushing, I turned and glanced outside the waterfall again since hearing more voices. Looking carefully, I saw three guys coming out of the forest again. A blonde one, a red haired short one, and a tall brunette.

"Josh! Come on bro why do you always go swimming?"

The guy I guess was Josh turned towards me whispering, " Stay here. I will get a shirt for you."

Swimming out towards the edge of the pond he got out and quickly pulled his shorts on shaking a shirt off.

"Ummmm...guys can you turn around for a minute?"

"Why its not like anyone is out here." The red head said.

"Ethan, there actually is. So please turn around!" He growled. All of them turned around.

"So is it a girl? Is she hot? the blonde asked Josh.

"Man just shut up. Yes it's a girl. Ma'am you can come out now no one is looking." he said while setting the shirt down and turning around.

Getting out I squeezed the water out of my hair and threw the shirt on. It came to my mid-thigh. I grabbed Josh's hand and lightly squeezed it letting him know that I had put it on.

"Ok guys you can look now." He said to his friends. They all turned around and looked at me. I've NEVER been the shy type, but I guess things change. I hid behind Josh trying to escape there exploring eyes.

"We got ourselves a beauty here. My names Daniel. What yours sweetcheeks?" the blonde or I guess Daniel said.

Gaining surprising courage, I walked around Josh with my hands on my hips. "The names Oakland, I suggest you don't call me by pet names. Trust me."

"Feisty... I like it.....sweetcheeks" he smirked.

Walking towards him I slammed my fist into his face hearing a crack. Falling over he groaned.

"Dude uncalled for!"

I chuckled, "I warned you to stop calling me sweetcheeks. Its not my fault you didn't wanna listen." I walked back to Josh's side. Glancing up I saw surprise and confusion on his face which he quickly covered.

"Do you wanna come back to my house? You can? actually wear real clothes." he asked hesitantly.

"Sure!" I quickly replied not wanting to state the fact that I was basically a rouge. I could tell all four of them were also werewolves. Why couldn't they tell I was?

Grabbing my hand, Josh started pulling me.

"Wait, here you can wear these," glancing back the brunette handed me a pair of shorts while glancing down. I slid them on.

"Sorry but I didn't catch your name."

Smiling he replied, "My name is Blaine."

"Well, thank you for the shorts Blaine." I turned back towards Josh as he looked back at all of us.

"Since you're not wearing shoes Oakland, would you like a piggy back ride?" he asked. Obviously I feel lazy, so I jump on his back almost knocking him over.

"Dang you could have warned me first!" he said while grabbing my legs to get a better hold on me.

"Not my fault. You asked, I didn't think I'd have to answer....sorry Joshypoo." I said and kissed his head.

"Don't call me that." he grumbled.

"What? Joshypoo? Fine! I'll call you Josh then you big party pooper. Right guys? Josh is a party pooper."

Hearing laughs behind me, I knew we were all going to be good friends.

Grumbling we kept walking to their house.
