Episode 13

Third Person's P.O.V.

     Secret and the other 2 sat down in the row where Ice and Ren was sitting. "So I guess you and King already knows each other." Chloe said while looking at each member of the opposing group. "I thought you should be in the clinic, Chloe. Your not yet fully healed!" Jesse said while banging the table lightly and some of the utensils jump  like there was an earthquake going on. "Now, now. I'm fine, one of the healer of the school came to my aid. He is my teammate here." Chloe replied. Jesse gave the 'tsk' remark.

  "No fighting on the table. Manners ladies and gentlemen. Let's have another start by introducing yourselves from the opposing group. Because I am pretty sure the rest of you knows us since we are the descendants." Ren said while giving his charming smile and the girl next to Chloe blushed a bit. The opposing group had eye contact then nodded together as if they had an agreement through the eye contact earlier.

  "Okay, we are the twins. I'm Jun Hirigame and this is my twin Akira Hirigame. We are echolocators and use some spells. Me and her has also the power of growing plants and all, plant users. Current level is 21. From Earth Academy, in Tokyo." The guy with brown hair and brown eyes said. He was Jun, and the girl beside him had brown long wavy hair and brown eyes was Akira.  She smiled in respect and bowed with her head a bit. Jun did the same as her.

  "I'm Zero. Healer and Holy Magic master. Level 29. From Moon Academy, in New York. Cousin of Ice." The guy with yellowish hair and green eyes like cat's said. His aura was less cold than Ice. His eyes shifted to Ice and Ren then at King.

   "Done with the introductions. So tell me, why  is there a dinner meeting?" Secret asked with an impatient voice. She got pissed off the minute she saw King. It was pure hatred for him. Chloe nodded a bit. "Ahh,yes. The principal just told us to tell you guys about the fight-"

"What fight?" Jesse interrupted  which earned him a irritated stare and sarcastic smile from Chloe.

"A fight between the two groups, which is us. It will be held in an arena where people will be watching. The people who will be watching are the younger ones. The fight will be ended once the white flag is raced, but it could be until the death  if wanted by both players. The fight is to improve. But as for now, the principal of the three schools decided that the two groups must get along in the two days while training without doubt." Chloe said then drank her glass that was filled with wine.

'Isn't she too young? She's only 7!' Secret thought.

  But since she was easily read by Chloe, she answered. "Yes, I'm young. But I'm far more experienced than you, hime. " At that statement, Secret furrowed her eye brows in confusion. Secret cannot really understand whatever Chloe was saying. "Anyways, guys, can we eat? This food isn't only for show right?" Jeremy asked playfulness in his voice. Secret looked at him from the corner of her eyes and caught Jeremy's hand in a fist. It was shaking out of anger. But why?

  "Yes, yes. Please do dig in." Ren said with a charming smile once again making Akira blush a bit. Ice, who was silent the whole time was actually eating without a care if the opposing team was talking. Zero noticed it and then gave a disgust look at Ice and then ate.

'Good thing this  males have manners.' Secret thought and then started eating as well.

  "Luke! Please distribute it now while we are eating." Chloe said and then ate as well. Luke, the guy wearing a butler uniform who was in the corner watching nodded and got out of the room.

After eating~~~

   Luke entered the room with three brief cases in his hands. He put one brief case to the left side of Ren who was at the left edge and was across Jun and Akira while the other two brief cases was put on the right of Jesse who was the right edge of the table across Chloe and Zero. "What is that?" Secret asked while standing up from the center chair across King. She was in between Ice and Jeremy. Chloe smiled at the interest of Secret then let Luke , the butler, open it.

   It exposed weapons that made Secret's eyes shine in delight. "That's freaklish awesome!" King and Secret exclaimed at the same time then look at each other and had an invisible lightning in between  the two then bring back their attention to the two brief cases. "The principal of Sun Academy, my mom , said that we had to let the weapons choose us. There are 10 different kinds of weapons there. So we need to sit down in our places and let us roam around us. We would know that it chose when it does something to you." Chloe said and then Secret sat down. The weapons slowly floated and roam around the outside circle at a fast rate.

   "So what is in the other briefcase?" Zero asked and then a sphere was flying at his direction making him dodge it and was about to apply magic when Chloe stopped him. "No use of powers or magics are allowed or else you will be killed ." Jesse frowned at what Chloe said. "Couldn't you have warn us earlier?" Secret said and then stood up and ran around the room while two sharp daggers were chasing her. Everyone sweatdropped. "You used a barrier to protect yourself the whole time?" Ice said then chuckled a bit making Zero widened his eyes. 'He chuckled?' Zero thought with an unbelievable expression.

  They didn't mind her since she was playing game of catch with the weapons for 2-3 minutes . "So what is in the brief case?" Jesse repeated his question. "Its the gems that will be attached to you on your mark to boost your power if worthy or lock your power for 2 days if you didn't impress it. The gem has a life of its own." Jun replied instead of Chloe. Because currently the white cloth with spikes was being tied unto her left arm and was bleeding a lot making her lean on her back and close her eyes. She was in the state that they were forming a contract. "Its from the descendants." Akira added shyly. Then that rang a bell on Secret's  brain making her stop in her tracks. "Oh yes. Ren, have you found out anything about my mark?" She asked. But before he could answer, the daggers were flying at her direction at a fast speed making her freeze. 

  It was all happened fast that Secret couldn't keep track of what was happening.
