"I wonder if they are the young women he mentioned the other day."

The voice sounded tired and lazy, as if he was using all of his energy just to say one word. The voice came from behind us. I turned my head to see the last male sprawled out on the couch next to the fireplace under the window. He had slightly curled, blonde hair, his eyes were closed and he seemed to have earphones in that connected to an mp3 player that was attached to a wire that wrapped around his neck. Like the rest of the males, he had the black school jacket but it was draped over his shoulders and underneath was a slightly unbuttoned white dress shirt with a beige sweater on top. He wore black uniform pants with brown dress shoes. He seemed comfortable where he was lying.

"Shu, do you know something about these girls and the reason why they are here?" Ayato asked.

"Maybe..." Replied the male who I believe to be called Shu.

"Don't give us this maybe crap. I think we'd all appreciate an explanation," Ayato demanded.

There was a short pause before Shu spoke.

"It was that guy.... he contacted me a few days ago. He told me that we would have a guest arriving from the church along with her companion and that we should treat them with respect," Shu explained.

Things were beginning to make sense, this trouble was caused by a male who didn't have the will or didn't think that it would be essential to tell the others of the house that we were arriving. I guessed they have bad communications skills towards one another, considering what I had just witnessed already.

"What?! Are you saying that pancake and emo here are the prospective brides?" questioned Ayato.

"To be honest they are more like sacrifices than brides really," said Laito sounding slightly annoyed.

"Oh yeah, he explicitly said that we're not supposed to kill them," said Shu as he opened his eyes to reveal light ocean blue pupils.

I kept my eyes on Shu, even though he seemed lazy, there was always a trick hidden somewhere, but this trick was something different. He turned his head slightly to get a look at Yui and I but his eyes stopped once he looked at mine. He almost jumped from the sofa when he locked eyes with me. He stared at me for a few seconds longer before moving his head so that he was facing the ceiling again. Now I was even more confused, three of them have acted strange around me once they saw my face from under the hood. I was brought out from my thoughts by the male with the fedora.

"Oh really, if that's the case then we are going to have a very long relationship with these women."

He smirked towards Yui, I could sense his excitement and was disgusted. Reiji turned to Yui and spoke once again.

"It appears that there is no misunderstanding after all, so allow us to introduce ourselves. The one over there on the sofa is the eldest son Shu."

I heard Shu let out a small huff of annoyance, I couldn't agree more. The stench was too overwhelming.

"My name Iis Reiji and I'm the second son. Next are the triplets, Ayato."

"I won't let you get away from me next time pancake. Emo stay far away from me unless you want to be hurt."

I planned to stay away from him anyway, unless he posed threat to Yui's safety.

"Kanato."

"I hope to taste you again very soon my little doll."

"And Laito."

"It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance little Bitch," said the one with the fedora who then winked at Yui.
