Brandon's pov
I was trying to teach poor Justin to play football when Zoe emerged from the trees. I faked a bad pass that would send the ball out into the trees so that I could talk to Zoe in private.
"Mom and dad want you."
"Remember. In public we are not half brother and sister." I said.
"Fine. Than your parents want you."
"That's better."I said. "You know that our parents marring each other was really hard on me too. You don't have to be so mean."
"It's just I can't believe that my mom, divorced my dad, for your dad! It's just all so hard to take in."
"Well, that's how life goes I said. Now leave before Justin comes back!"
She scurried off towards our parents house that was right next to the park.
I turned around to see Jason hiding behind a tree.
"How much did you hear," I said in my scaring nerds voice.
"Ummm.."
"JASON!!!!!"
"All of it."
