Chapter 4

I'm always the one to love more. That's my thing. I don't slowly fall into it with half a heart. I fall fast and hard. Blind and ready. It's something I hate about myself because here I stand in front of their door as moans rang through my ears making me realize nothing has changed.

Walking away "Don't cry" repeated in my mind as I walked away trying to not let it get to me as I walked back to my room.

It was currently 3 A.M. and the fact that I was even going to them because I couldn't sleep just showed the fact I have no balls.

No balls to stand up to myself and confront what's really going on. I'm being played.

I sat on my bed breathing in through my nose and out my mouth trying to give myself a pep talk when it was failing by the moment.

Just 3 more hours and then we would have to get ready for the pack run. Then I would actually have to stand in front of them and act like there not little bitches in heat.

I fell onto my bed staring at the ceiling realizing I needed a hobby. This binge eating and Netflix watching was getting crazy. I thought about all of this as I grabbed my TV remote watching Family guy for the 100th time.

Once 5:45 hit I threw my hair up into a pony tail grabbing my shoes when I heard a knock on the door. Andy peaked his head in before I could answer and once he seen me a smile broke out in his face he walked in shutting the door behind him.

"I wasn't sure if you heard me I knocked for some time." He said as I sat on my bed tying my shoes up.

"I was in the bathroom I didn't actually hear you."

"I didn't know if you were going on our run but if not I was going to get you out of bed and make you." He said taking a seat beside me. I looked over at him smiling as he looked around my room.

"Now that I can go I make sure I'm up and ready." I said standing up and grabbing my jacket.

Summer is slowly coming to an end and although the afternoons are still 90 degrees and humidity so high as soon as you step out the door you're already sweating. The mornings and nights are nice and cool and the walk to the clearing lets you now that autumn is upon us.

"Okay let's go" I said shutting my bathroom light off and making my way to the door. As soon as we hit the hallways Andy grabbed my hand and before I could say something a couple people making their way to the stairs made eye contact.

This was awkward.

I tried to ignore it and focused on not falling down the stairs as Andy said hello to the people around us. Once we made it to the bottom Travis and a couple other people were standing at the bottom waiting.

"Andrea, Tony, Chris this is Chloe. You also already know Travis he should be on his way." He said looking around. They all looked at me and our intertwined hands as Tony was the only one to smile and say hello.

I gave him a close lipped smile when Travis came over. "I ran into Celia and she was trying to capture me in the hall. I had to ditch and go all the way to the west wing to escape." He said shaking his head while nodding at all of his. He also saw our hands intertwined and looked at Andy smiling as soon as he opened his mouth Andy cut in "We should head out before were late."

We all walked to the meeting place me and Andy staying behind the group which was joking and making small talk to Travis about his run-in with Celia.

"So who is this girl Celia and why was Travis trying to run from him." I asked looking over at Andy as he chuckled.

"She used to date Travis a while back but it wasn't anything serious. At least not to him. They slept together for a while and she fell in love. Once he found out he didn't want a relationship and tried to let her down easy but she went crazy. Stalking him, breaking into his room while he was gone, and telling all the girls he has a small penis and is carrying some diseases so they would stay away from him. It's been 3 weeks and she's still doing everything she can to make him hers." Andy explained as he nodded to some girl with short black hair giggling to her friends while looking over to Travis waving.
