After breakfast, I went outside to enjoy the breeze while drinking coffee and reading my latest book when I spotted this kid named Andy
coming toward me with a coffee of his own.

"It was fun running together this morning." He said as he sat his cup down beside him turning towards me. The boys finally let me go for a run this morning with the pack after a lot of begging and pleading
from myself this morning.

"Yeah, it was great. I haven't run like that in a while," I said looking down at my book hoping he would get the hint that I didn't want to talk.

"We run like that all the time I was actually surprised to see you with us along with the rest of the pack. We though the Alphas would
keep you away forever" he said taking a sip of his coffee looking out at the rolling hills in front of us.
That quickly got my attention as my head spun as soon as he mentioned the boys.

"What do you mean you thought the Alphas would keep me away?" I answered back quickly suddenly not interested in my book.

"You know?" he questioned smiling as if he was in on the joke make it
even harder for me to understand.

"Well everyone here knows you guys got this weird thing going on. I don't know a lot of us just kind of assumed they kept you away and others assumed you didn't care to participate. We found out today it
was in fact them keeping you away." He answered casually as I barely listened to the last part of his words.

"We got a weird thing going on. What does that even mean?" I questioned as he looked back equally confused.

"I thought you guys had this open relationship type of thing going on." He asked with an eyebrow raised and a look on his face that made it seem obvious.

"No, no we don't have any kind of relationship going on." I quickly sputtered out as I shut my book sitting back. "And definitely not an open one at that." I scoffed as he held his hands up.

"I didn't know. Honest."I was to afraid to even ask the other question burning in my mind
wondering if everyone thought we were in this open relationship. We fell into a silence as the minutes ticked on the only sound coming
from the back porch was him sipping his coffee and my rocker squeaking.

"So, if you're not together does that mean your free to date." He asked not even looking at me as my face whipped to the side.

"What?" I questioned not hearing him right as he looked at me his tan face turning pink as his mouth opened shocked at my outburst.

"It was a dumb question. You don't need to answer me." He said as I shook my head.

"No, no I'm sorry I'm free 100% free."

"Good" he said back as I stared waiting for the moment he asked me out and it didn't come. Minutes passed but he sipped his coffee looking
out again ignoring me and I didn't know how our conversation ended that quick.

"Good" I replied turning into my chair and opening my book trying to find my spot when I seen him get up out of the corner of my eye.

"You want to get some food sometime. As in this week." He asked taking a step back reaching for the door.

"Yeah"

"I'll let you know the time and place." Opening the door, he stepped inside as I smiled shutting my book and downing my coffee.

A date. My first date. I have not a dang thing to wear.
I'm going to have to go shopping but that is going to be saved for later its time I get some answers from the boys.

I made my way into house and beelined for there office seeing as they should be there now. I stood in front of the door trying to get my
thoughts together before knocking.

"Come In" the gruff voice of Damon answered as I walked in to Damon sitting back with his hands crossed and an eyebrow raised.

Dravon looked busy as he combed through the pages that laid across his desk.

"What do you need." Dravon asked briefly making eye contact with me before focusing back on his work.

"I was talking to a pack member and he was talking about this open relationship I have between the two of you, which doesn't make any sense to me because if we had anything going on I should know about
it. "I asked as Dravon picked his head up making eye contact withDamon.

"Don't do that." I told them both having a silent conversation probably already thinking of the lie they were going to tell me.

"Were not doing anything. Were not in control of the rumors that fly around this pack." Damon answered casually while shrugging his shoulders.

"So, you have heard of this rumor? When were you going to tell me? Were you even going to tell me or at least try to squash the whole thing before everyone started to judge and spread it even farther?" I
asked getting more irritated.

"We didn't think we needed to explain anything to anyone. People are going to believe what they want whether we stop the rumor or not.

"Dravon explained shaking his head going back to his work as if he didn't care about this situation at all.

"So that makes it better? To just ignore the situation and hope it goes away. What does that make me look like?" I asked feeling frustrated that they weren't even seeing my point of view on the whole situation.

"It doesn't make you look like anything. Your making a big deal out of nothing." Damon jumped in acting as if he was tired of this situation
already.

"The fact that your both dismissing me and how I feel about the situation makes this all the worse." I explained turning away walking out the door. I don't understand how I thought this was going to go. Half of me thought they would be honest but they spent the whole time ignoring the situation.

I walked into my room falling into my bed thinking I should probably clean my room and try to at least get that part of my life together.
