Hero walks down the hall, and takes off her aviators, and puts them into her bag. She then walks into the cafeteria. She holds onto her furry key holder nervously, as everyone turns there heads and stare at her.

Sean and Chase look at her, from her mini bun to her black new converse. Nico huffs, and turns to see what everyone is staring at. He then sees the girl, and his mouth falls open. Hero has on a blank face, and looks over at Nick, she then smiles.

Hero walks to the lunch line, everyone still watching her.

"Pizza please.." Hero mutters, and mumbles a thank you as she gets her pizza set on the tray.

"2.50 " The lunch lady says, and smiles. Hero gives her the money.

Hero walks and watches everyone watch her.

"Uh, hi? I'm Hero" Hero says loud enough for everyone to hear.

"HERO! Sit with us!"

"NO us!"

"Uh, no you're sitting with me" Chase says and takes her arm, and sits her next to Nico.

Nico smiles at Hero, and Sean nudges at Nico.

"Is Nick creeping you out?" Sean asks.

"This cutie?" Hero asks, and smiles widely.

Sean and Chase, as of the rest of the table gasp.

"Cute?!" The table screams. It is true, Nick is cute, but no one can admit it, because well he's a nerd, and no one likes nerds. So when they convince themselves, they happen to believe they are right. He's ugly.

Then people start to believe them.

{1 week later}

Hero is walking Nico to class, and they have grown super close. Nico forgot about his other friend, remember Ticky Tommy's girlfriend? Yea. Nick stopped talking to her, because Hero become his new best friend. But Nick has a secret, he is in love with Hero. Nick laughs at the last joke Hero makes. Hero kisses the top of his head, and hugs him.

"Are you two dating?" A boy asks.

"No?" Nick says. Hero frowns.

"Oh-" The boy says and walks away.

"What's that face?" Nick asks, looking down at Hero.

"I-I just remembered something sad...that's a-all" Hero says and walks away, as Nico stands there dumbfounded.

"She likes you"

Nick turns around quickly to see a girl leaning against the wall eyeing Nick.

"Excuse me?" Nick asks, pushing up his glasses.

"Ms. Popular likes the nerd, you, you heard me..She loves you. That's all she talks about.. you, you, you" The girl says, and stands in front of Nick.

"Me? How do you know?" Nick asks, crossing his arms.

"I'm on the soccer team with her. She talks about you a lot, why do you think a lot of people haven't bullied you this whole week, except your brothers?" She asks.

Nick huffs, and runs a hand down his face,

"That's why she got sad..because she thinks I don't like her..." Nick mutters.

"Ding, Ding, Ding, we have a winner"
