"Okay Baby, night-night," Mommy cooed at me. Both her and Daddy kissed me goodnight then left me alone in my room.
The lights were off and it was around 6:30. I was just closing my eyes when I heard something rattle. My eyes shot open and I sat up.
I looked around and couldn't see much since the dark. I go and click on my side lamp.
There was a man. A tall and terrifying looking man.
I was scared. I know I should have screamed or done something, but I was too shocked. Frozen in place almost.
The man had this sinister smile on, his head cocked to the side. He then started to advance towards me.
He was across the room when I first turned on my light, but in seconds me was right next to me. I went to get out of my bed, trying to get as far away from him, but it didn't work. Right as I started to move, a hand shot out and covered my mouth.
A disgusting smelling rag was covering my whole face. I felt like it was suffocating me. All I was able to do was gasp in and out for air.
After awhile though, everything just stopped. Everything was just black.
When I woke up though: yawning, stretching, and rubbing my eyes. I noticed I was in a cramped area. I quickly opened my eyes, checking my surroundings.
I was in a crate in the back of a car. All the memories of the night before rushed into my head. While I was out, I just assumed it to be a nightmare. But waking up to this, proved that my nightmare is now my reality.
I tried shaking the cage only to have a man yell at me to shut up. I kept quiet since then. Not even making a sound. Trying to still my breath to keep as silent as possible.
We came to a stop soon. The crate almost falling over from the blunt brake. I heard a car door open then close, then I felt myself being lifted.
I tried to look through the bars of the crate, but they put what seemed like a blanket over it. I heard the crunching of caravel from below me. It scared me even more than I already was.
A door opened again, then we went down some stairs. It became dark. Before the sun's light was shown from the inside of the blanket, but now there isn't any. It's pitch black.
The cage is set down and the blanket is lifted. A light flickered on above.
The same sinister smile is on the man. The man who was in my room last night and who put a towel to my face, almost choking me.
He was white, but with the amount of soot on him you could mistake it for a tan. I was close enough though to see the dirt patches on his skin. He had dark green eyes, vibrant and seen even through the little light in the room we were in. He had facial hair, not kept up and almost looked ratted. His beard matched his hair color, a sort of greasy brown. He must have not showed in what seems like a long time.
His smile was the worst though. Most of the time smiles are happy and loving. But this one wasn't. It did look happy, but in a demented and evil way. Almost like he's excited at the thought of me being locked up. Yellow bottom teeth and orange top.
An alarming chilling feeling runs down my spine. Everyone of my senses is screaming in fright. I keep mute though, not knowing what my voice may get me into.
I cringe to the back of the cage, trying to get distance from myself and this man.
His large hand reaches out and opens the door to the cage, while his other stretches in to grab me. The man grasps a large chunk of my hair, dragging me out.
