Pumpin' Blood - Liam

I ran my fingers through my hair and tried to get it to lay right. Another day of school. I grabbed my shoes from my closet and pulled them on. I still don't understand what Louis said. Why me? There are tons of kids that wouldn't put up a fight. I sighed and shook my head. I can't get attached to his story. I grabbed my bag before heading out the front door. As I was locking the door I felt someone touch my shoulder. I jumped and curled into myself, thinking it was Louis. 

"Li?" I looked up to see a very sad Niall. I let out a breath of relief and wrapped my arms around him. 

"Hey" I whispered. I felt him wrap his arms around me and laughed as he squeezed me.He giggled a pulled away, slightly, keeping his arms around me. 

"I hate how you're scared all the time now." He muttered. I sighed and wrapped my arm around his shoulder and led him toward the sidewalk. 

"I'm fine, Ni. Let's just forget about it and enjoy our walk. Today's going to be a great day, I can feel it. We're pumpin' blood and nothig can stop us." He shook his head but none the less nustled his head into my shoulder blade. Niall and I were both gay but it was just an unspoken thing where we never dated or anyhting. I know Niall reallly likes Zayn and Niall knows I'm just trying to get through the day without getting beat up. I planted as kiss into his hair as we walked, pulling him a little closer. I hate that Niall has to get bullied  too. He's strong and can take care of himself but also can break easily.

"Zayn contacted me the other day." Niall mumbled. I frowned. Since when did any of Louis or his friends contact us?

"What did he say?" I asked as Niall directed to turn. 

"Said that he wouldn't beat me up anymore and that he wouldpickmeupfromschoolandkeepmesafe." Niall stopped and I looked over and saw we were in front of his house.

"Why'd you come get me then, you tosser?" He snorted out a laugh and shoved me away. 

"You're coming with us, you arse." His eyes brightned as Zayn pulled up in his car.

"Bollocks I'm coming with you. I'll just walk." I ruffled his hair and started off toward school. 

"Liam, come back!" I heard Niall yell.

"Go have fun! I'll be fine!" I shouted back. I glanced behind me to see him giving me the biggest smile. He ran over to Zayn who greeted him with a nervous hug. I laughed and shook my head. I rounded the corner and shivered a little when I felt a breeze. I was almost to school when I heard footsteps behind me. I glanced back to see Louis with an evil grin on his face. I felt my smile drop and I stopped walking. I learned to stop running, it doesn't work anyways. I clenched my eyes shut as I heard him spit out a laugh. I lowered myself to the ground and waited for the punched and kicks to come.
