Ok, so my third 'tip' if you will is sort of elaborating step one. Don't waste time, which could be spent on a million other things, on stupid things, no offence guys couldn't give two shits about.
I, personally, know that girls care about things that guys don't. For example, you are waiting for a date, and you're doing your self up, all pretty and stuff. However, about 50% of the shit you do won't get noticed. Guys, when they look for a girl, don't look at how bright their nails are. Or how short their eyebrows are. Or any crap like that. Focus on your personality, and your guy.
