"Welcome home" Derek says as we drive past the Beacon hill sign it's been nearly six years since I had last been here and know here I am again, we had only come back to meet up with our older sister Laura who had come back about month ago.

"So when are we meeting Laura?" I ask braking the silence in the car, "I'm going tomorrow afternoon" he said not looking up from the road, i hated it when he said I couldn't do stuff with him just because I was a human. "And why can't I come with you 'again' I mean really why is it that when ever we go some where you and Laura are always the ones who check stuff out and you always end up leaving me behind why is that?" I ask averting my gaze from the window over to Derek as we drove past countless buildings on the way to our old house. "Can you just forget about it now alright!" Derek snapped at me a flinch at the tone of his voice manly because he's never snaps at me unless I'm about to be killed by a rouge omega or stuff, "I'm sorry I'm just worried that's all normally I'd be able to pick Laura's sent up a mile away but it's different somethings not right.." he says driving up the stone road towards our house, "do you think there are any hunters around?" I ask remembering what the hunters were like when we use to live here, "there shouldn't be they meant to leave when we did, they go where our kind is" he says pulling up in front of the house, it hadn't changed much in the last 6 year's the rain must have washed most of the charcoal away.

I got out of the car and stared at the house for a while, "that must have been were peter escaped from" Derek said point at one of the front window that had been smashed through unlike the others that had wooden panels covering them this one was left out. I shudder at the memory of being one of two people who managed to escape from the building "hey Pup don't worry its not your fault okay" Derek says pulling me into a hug as he knows how I blame my self for Cora not getting out in time. "Grab your stuff you can have any room that's still intaked alright" he ordered pulling his bags out of the trunk of the car, i rush to get my things and race up the stairs as i search for my old room but greated by the singed walls, the floors had a thick layer of dust on them, my bed was still use able I just had to get rid of the burnt bed sheets.

"What's happening tomorrow Derek?" I ask as I walk down stair "your going to school while I'm going to look for where Laura wants to meet me" he say calmly as he finishes looking round the house, " there isn't as much damage as i thought" I say casually looking towards where the library use to be. "Your right only two room ruined and a damaged exterior as well as most of the room sustaining fire damage all the windows have been smashed but are mostly boarded up" he answers walking over to were i was "can you still get to the basement?" I blurt out thinking about the full moon on Friday, "yes but I don't think you should go down there ever" Derek answers in a more forceful tone "anyway its getting late and you've got school tomorrow so get to bed know" He says pointing in the direction of my room. "Fine, night Derek" I sing as i sprint upstairs stripping down into my pj's, i tried to get some sleep but all my memories of the house started poring back into my head i get up and walk over to mirrow that was on my dress. I look at my reflection only to be meet by a bright pair of purple eyes.
