I was an ordinary girl of sixteen years old living with my dad in a little apartment in Atlanta Georgia, until I met my mother who left me on my father's doorstep when I was born.   He said he only met my mother once and it was when he was very drunk and the memory was clouded and dull, but he knows I am his daughter, or so he always said.

For now I am riding a silver chariot pulled by a white horse to a place my mothers keeps calling The Safe Haven of demigods.   I means it's super cool, cause I love mythology, but she is starting to scare me.  The worst part is and don't freak out, but I think my mother is Artemis; which is totally crazy, because everybody knows Artemis is the virgin goddess.

Well, we are at a giant castle in the middle of nowhere and she hands me a hairbrush saying if it touches someone's hair it will give them anything they can envision wearing, fix there hair how they want it and heal skin to perfection.  I stand staring at her open mouth and say "I don't believe you!"  She then takes the hair brush and sweeps it across my hair and before my eyes I see my blonde hair curl like a fair princesses; my nails and coated in silver and I am wearing a beautiful gown of silver and gold ruffles.

"What have you done to me" I gasp,  she giggles at me and pushes me into a castle where these so called demigods live.  Well the welcome wagon is rolled out and after being ushered to my our wing of the castle for the children of Artemis, the whole castle glows silver and my mother carries me outside as I black out.
