The day finally came. The day of the final round. I am just a step away from being chūnin. Before reaching the arena, Kakashi told us to come to the Hokage mountain.

"Today is a very special day. An important day. The both of you have dangerous opponents. But the both of you are deadly too. You have trained really hard . The new jutsus of (y/n) are the ones that I've never seen. Good creativity. Sasuke was a good learner too. It was fun training. I'm really really proud of you two."

Sasuke and I looked at each other and smiled.

"All the best. Kick those bitches' ass!"

I raised an eyebrow at him.

"I learned it from you, (y/n)."
He put an arm in front of him.

"Promise me that you won't die ."
That was odd. He is never like that. We placed our hands on top of his.

"No."

"We won't die."

When we reached the arena, Naruto's fight already got over and he won. Sasuke's match was postponed. Shino won. Since Sasuke was back, his match was right now. Gaara and him took their positions.

"(Y/n)! What's with the new outfit?" Asked Naruto.

"Changed it. The previous one tore and plus I got bored of it so....... Yeah."

"How was training? Wait."

"What happened?"

"I forgot to tell you! You are directly going to be fighting in the semi-finals!"

"What?! Why?"

"That Dosa guy whom you were supposed to fight with........ Something happened to him and he was disqualified or kicked out or something."

"Woah! I'm going to get hella bored then? What am I supposed to do?"

"Let the match begin!" Announced the proctor.
