Chapter 1

Reader's POV

"Wake up (Y/N)!! We're gonna be late for our flight!!"my mom shouted from downstairs. I groaned and get up forcefully. I sat in bed for a few minutes before I forced my legs to walk me to the shower.I showered, got dressed, picked up my luggage bag and slung it over my shoulder before I made my way downstairs still sleepy. "Morning..." I said sleepily while rubbing my eyes. Nobody responded so I placed my bag in the lounge and went to the dining table to eat breakfast.

~Oregon~

Kelsey's POV

My phone vibrated in my jeans pocket,but I didn't bother looking because I was more focused on seeing my best friend. The phone vibrated for at least 6 times,on the 7th time it vibrated I decided to answer. "Hello?" I asked "Miss Kelsey?" a very familiar voice answered " Mr Kadam !! " I answered nearly bumping into a little girl. " What's wrong? Is Ren ok? " I asked walking carefully this time. " I wanted to tell you that we need you back in India." He said calmly but urgent. "Mr Kadam I'm sorry but I have something to do here and also I don't thi-"

" We will be coming, we've already got it covered Miss Kelsey.Private jet remember?" He chuckled.

"We? Wait when are you coming? And I don't think I can go Mr Kadam I'm sor- "

"We will be coming tommorow early morning, as for our flight we will be leaving at 2.00 p.m.And by 'we' I mean Ren,Kishan and myself, Miss Kelsey."

Reader's POV

We reached the airport just in time to put our luggage into the cargo and walk to our waiting hall to go to Oregon. ' I should call Kelsey...' I thought to myself.I took out my phone and dialed her number. It quickly went to a "The person you call is unavailable " tone. ' She's on the phone with someone...Maybe she has a boyfriend?! ' I thought to myself and thought of calling her once I land in Oregon.

We got on the plane and sat at our assigned seats. "It's gonna be tiring trip so get some sleep so you wouldn't be so jet lagged (Y/N) " my dad said sleepily.I stayed up for awhile and slowly closed my eyes and fell asleep.

Kelsey's POV

"Hello? Sarah? Could you help me pack my things? I need to go back to India." I said. " Already did, Kelsey.
Mr Kadam called me and told me to pack for you. Will you be coming home tonight?" She asked me calmly. "No, sorry I have to stay here late. But I will be coming tommorow to get my things."

"Ok. I'll prepare breakfast for you tommorow then."

"Thanks!" with that I ended the call and flopped on a chair nearby. I thought about what happened the night before I left. I forgot that my best friend is coming.

~Next Morning~

I drove into the driveway and got my house key. Unlocking the door the only thing I can think is finally seeing Ren,Kishan and Mr Kadam. "Sarah?" I looked around the house and stepped in closing the door behind me. "Kelsey?" her head poked out from the kitchen. "Morning..." I walked into the kitchen and was welcomed by a plate of peanut butter sandwich. I quickly grabbed the sandwich and started attacking it. Sarah looked at me an eyebrow raised. "What?" I looked at her stopped mid-chewing. She blinked several times, "Nothing. Your luggage is in the living room. Mike will send you to the airport." I only nodded in response and resumed attacking my sandwich.

Reader's POV

We landed in Oregon and I was eager to get off the plane. I kept looking at my dad to the person next to me. I stood up so fast that I nearly hit the cabinet above my head. We walked to where our luggage was. We waited till we see our luggage and placed it on the trolley. We walked for awhile till we see the exit. I remembered that I had to call Kelsey. I dialed her phone number. Ring....ring...ring. No answer. I ended the call and sighed. I looked up from my phone and noticed a brown-curled hair girl was standing near the exit. I squinted my eyes to get a better look at her. She stopped in front of a tall Indian man. Before I knew it, I was walking towards her. I tapped on her shoulder and she turned around. "Kelsey!!!" I hugged her. She looked at me with a confused look. "It's me, (Y/N). I came to visit you remember??" I told her.
(Y/N)!! OMG!! I missed you!!" She hugged me back. I then noticed a pair of cobalt blue eyes and a pair of golden yellow eyes were locked on me.
