Chapter 3

Kelsey's POV

(Y/N) fell asleep soundly after we talked for hours. I left her to sleep and walked out, going under the curtains."Kells...?"Ren said scarring the life out of me."Ren?!Don't ever do that!I told you countless times!"I said breathing unsteadily. "Sorry ."that was all he said.He wanted to say something,but he shook his head as if he wanted to forget about it.I raised an eyebrow and saw Mr Kadam reading a newspaper behind Ren."I'm going to talk with Mr Kadam."I said quietly walking pass him.

Ren's POV

I didn't say or do anything as Kelsey walked pass me.I noticed that (Y/N) was asleep,before I could think of turning back.I was walking towards (Y/N),going under the curtains.I was greeted by her back facing me. "Kelsey...?" (Y/N) said sleepily. "Uh..uh..It's..Ren.." I said pausing every few seconds. She got up and rubbed her eyes.She looked at me and squinted her eyes."Ren...?" she was trying to recall who I was. "Oh!Ren,what in the world are you doing here...?" she suddenly became silent. "I wasn't watching you sleep!" I said,hands in front of me just in case if she throws a pillow at me.

Reader's POV

I stared at him not knowing what to say and just sighed. I got up and walk up to him, "Don't ever do that again. I don't like it when people just pop out of nowhere." I said smiling at him. He just chuckled at my joke in response. 'Even his chuckle is cute...'I thought to myself. I walked out of the room and was greeted by different type of American food. Bacons,eggs,chicken and they even had mashed potatoes! "Ah,Miss (Y/N).Care to join us for dinner?" Mr Kadam said. "Dinner?" I said turning my head to look out at the window and to my surprise it was night out.

"Uh..yeah.Sure!!" I took my seat next to Kelsey who was apparently lost in her thoughts. Ren went to find Kishan who was at the back of the plane. "Um..(Y/N),I need to tell you something." Kelsey said looking at me. I stopped chewing my food and nodded slowly,preparing for what I'm about to hear.

"We're not going to India for Kelsey's holiday or her 'project'. We are actually going there to break a very old and lost prophecy." Mr Kadam said.

Just then two tigers emerged from the back.A white tiger with a pair of cobalt blue eyes and a black tiger with a pair of golden yellow eyes. I dropped my food on to the plate in front of me. Kelsey quickly grabbed my arm and squeezed it for reassurance. Both tigers sat next to Mr Kadam and looked at me.

Mr Kadam and Kelsey explained to me from the beginning saying that the tigers were Ren and Kishan who are two princes of India,going about the curse,about the adventures and dangers Kells and Ren faced and to Durga's gift and blessing and so on. I had to process everything which was tiring. Once they were finished explaining, I laid back down and put my head on my head. Processing everything I have heard.

All four of them looked at me patiently. I looked from Kelsey to Mr Kadam,Kishan and Ren. "So...why am I here as well? I have nothing to do about your quest." I asked trying to sound calm. "Because I can't solve everything on my own. Even though Mr Kadam,Ren and Kishan are helping me." Kelsey said placing her hand on top of mine and smiled.

I sighed and just stared at the tigers,who are now men. 'Why must they both look so perfect..' I thought to myself. "Fine.I'll help.But don't expect much from me." I said as I got up and started walking towards the small room that I slept in.

Kishan's POV  

I watched as she got up from her place walking back towards the small room that she slept in. Ren was looking at her as well.When she went in,we all looked at one another not knowing what to do.

"Let's us all get some rest.We will be having a small stop before returning to India to continue on our quest." Mr Kadam said.
