Daddy!Levi x Mummy!Reader ~ Love Hearts [Modern AU One Shot]

~ Love Hearts ~

   You sat with your family and friends, with your husband, Levi sitting next to you as your two boys played off to the side of the room. Once again your god-forsaken sweet-tooth was taking over, and this addiction must be satisfied. You dug into your handbag pulling out a packet of Love Hearts. Winding open the plastic slightly desperately, you pulled out the first Love Heart and read the message.

   'I Love You' was what it said. You placed it face up on your tongue before turning to your husband and sticking said tongue out towards him. He raised an eyebrow before reading the message. Smirking, he brought his face closer to yours before taking the sweet off of your tongue with his teeth. You frowned at him for taking away your first source of sugar in an entire hour, as he chewed the sweet braggingly at you.

   "Eeeeewwww!" Shrieked the more mischievous of the two twin boys. "That's got Mummy's spit on it!" His brother looked up as they both scrunched up their faces. Now, thanks to that little brat, all eyes on the room were on the parents of the small boys, anticipating an answer. And Levi was the one to give it. 

   Unfortunately.

   "That's not the only thing of mine with Mummy's spit on." Mere miliseconds after he had given his answer, you responded with a violent smack to his arm, hissing his name in scolding. 

   "What does that mean?" The boys looked confused. Everyone else in the room looked highly amused as the atmosphere was decorated with whispers and stifled sniggering. Your head fell with a rather unelegant thump into your hands, as Levi was basking in your embarrassment. And then the little shit's mildly quieter clone spoke up.

   "Is this another one of these questions that we can't know until we're grown-ups?"

   "Mef." Came your muffled confirmation.

   "There are a lot of those questions." At this your head shot up and you stared the boys in the eyes.

   "That's because Daddy just can't seem to keep his big mouth shut!" You hissed. And then 'Daddy's' quiet response sounded from next to you.

   "Hypocrite."
