"Pancakes, anyone?"mother calls out from behind the counter.

"Make that two," I reply as I reach out to get the tray of pancakes from her hand.

"Not so fast. You stole the remote, but not the pancakes. Food is my first love, okay?"she throws her fork in the pancake and starts munching. She stops and look up at me,"Why aren't you eating?" I shake my head and give a look at the pancakes. "You know? For the candy last night, I'll give you only one-uno-pancake and nothing more," she says with a hesitant pause in between.

"Thanks, but I would have taken it even if you didn't tell me that," I smile.

"Sure. Oh wait. I remembered to tell you something....Don't ever try smiling again with those rabbit teeth,"she then smiles really big, so I could be jealous of her. But jealousy and me are distant relatives, we don't get along that well because I'm never jealous.

Rabiya pours the syrup across the pancakes and it flops downwards. "Mom you didn't buy a new syrup bottle?" Rabiya scratches her head. Poor her, she didn't even realize that we just came yesterday and that's quite a short time to get your grocery done.

"Nawww!!!!"I begin banging the side of her head. "You dumb, honey."

"Says the one who likes Tiger-" I cover Rabiya's mouth before she can talk any further. I shoot my mother a reaction and indicate,"Yes, tigers are my favorite animal," I lie. I didn't want my mother to be worrying about her daughter and a fake guy. She already seemed surprised when that girl committed suicide after Zayn left 1D.
And all I needed now was for the same thing to happen to me. Why did that girl have to ruin it for me? Well obviously Zayn wasn't gonna meet her if she did...Why the attention though?

"Tahniat! Tahniat! Taaahhhnnniiaaat! TAHNIAT!" Rabiya yells.

"Woah! What?!"I jump from my chair.

"Come on. We gotta get going. It won't be nice to be late on the first day of school," she speaks. I grab a muffin and stuff it inside my mouth with some gulps of orange juice.

When I arrive at school, the place looks the same, except there are some banners up and it's brightly colored again. I run to my friends who are standing near the park. When they see me, they burst into snickers and I am very perplexed.

"What?"I ask, tugging at the arm of my romper.

"Looks like someone gave you an orangey kiss,"Natalie grins.

I take out my pocket mirror. I have a stain like mark above my lips from the orange juice I drank in the morning. Oh wow! It hasn't been an hour yet and I already made a fool of myself.
