Chapter 19: Plz?

August POV

I woke up back hurtin an' shidd. I had ta' sleep on da' couch bcuz I couldn't get in da' room. An' as ya' can see Ian sleep outside. I picked da' lock ta' get in da' house.

I heard da' do'knob bein messed wit. So I figuad Jordin was up. She saw me an' scoffed while grabbin ha' lemonade out da' fridge from yesta'day.

Den she disappea'd inta' da' room. I heard ha' playin U.N.I.T.Y by Queen Latifah. I den knew she was mad at me fr. What I said was fucked up an' I wish I cud take it back. But I can't.

I grabbed ma' phone an' scrolled thu' instagram waitin fa' Jordin ta' get out da' showa'.

Bout 10 minutes lata' she came out wit ha' pink an' blue bikini an' ha' cova' up. She looked hella good.

"Whea' ya' goin?" I asked.

"Out." She stated grabbin ha' phone an' bag den walkin out.

Damn Ian get a chance ta' apologize. So I den decided ta' go showa'.

Jordin POV

I sat down on the sand and played on my phone. I put it away and just stared at the rising sun. I got so lost in the beautiful scenery that I didn't notice about 4 guys throwin around a football.

"Heads up!" One of them yelled.

I turned and one guy was runnin tryna catch it but instead ran into me.

I hopped up ready to cuss him out! Like who tf was it. But once I saw his face all that anger was gone.

He was a light skin dude high top curly fade redish-blondish type colored hair. Morely blonde. Gray eyes tall about 6'1 or 6 foot even. He was fine.

"Shidd! I'm so sorry. That was so not my intention." He apologized.

"Its um... it's alright."

"Thats great. I'm Stephen." he smiled.

"Hi Stephen. I'm-"

"I know who you are. Jordin Sparks."

"How you-... oh right." I laughed.

"Watchu doin out here?" I asked.

"Oh um... vacation. Me and my boys out here. We leavin tomorrow." He answered.

"Oh really me too."

"So tell me what is beauty such as yourself doin out here by alone?"

"Just enyoing the beautiful scenery." I smiled looking back towards the sun.

He sighed looking in the same direction. "Yea it is beautiful isn't it?"

"Aye! Stephen! Watchu doin man?" One of the guys asked.

"Awe my bad I got distracted." He smiled pickin up the football.

"Mmm I see why." The guy licked his lips.

I giggled.

"Damn Jay! Quit droolin!" He laughed.

"Huh? Oh right!" He snatched the football and threw to the two other guys at the other end.

Stephen laughed. "So look let's keep in touch. Can I get your number?"

I hesitated but I shrugged and grabbed his phone typing in my number.

"Coo. I'll hitchu up soon." He smiled that white pearly smile again.

"Ight. Bye Stephen." I smiled.

"Bye Jordin."

I watched as jogged back over to his fellas and continued to throw the football.

I felt strong arms wrap around me. I saw they were tatted and could only be one person. I pushed him off.

"You ain't off the hook."

August POV

"You ain't off the hook." She said pushin away from me.

"I'm sorry. I was jus' mad. I don't wantchu ta' have ta' worry bout him. An' I don't want him ta' try an' hurt ya'. Bcuz I wud be so los' an' den I would have ta' spend da' res' of ma' life in jail. So what betta ta' do den ta' kill'em. I wanna make sho' ya' safe dats all."

"But you promised me you wouldn't kill anymore. I don't wanna lose you again August. That was the hardest 2 years of my life. Don't take me have to go through that again August. Is all I'm asking? Plz?"

"You won't babyeh I promise."

10 minutes lata'...

"Come on Aug!" She cheesed.

"Naw. Ya go 'head."

She pouted. But gave up and took off ha' cova' up exposin ha' pink an' blue bikini. She strutted inta' da' wata'. An' went unda'.

"Ight Midget ya' can come up na'." I said.

But she didn't. I stood up but I cudnt really see dat good. So I went inta' da' wata'. Den she popped up smilin.

"Dat shidd ain' funny Midget."😒

"Awe baby I'm sowy. I just wanted you to come in went me."

I can't stay mad at ha'. I picked ha' up an' she wrapped ha' legs 'round ma' torso. I connected our lips like I neva' wanted ta' let go.
