Coco POV
I entered the café with sunglasses and my head bowed as paparazzi tried to snap pictures. Looking around I saw him sitting at the table sipping some coffee.
"Alright. What do you want?" I said takin off my glasses.
"I don't get no hug. No love. Hey how are ya'? Just a what do you want?" He asked.
"Well you called to ask can you talk to me with no explanation. And I honestly done care what you have to say."
"I see you have a bun in the oven. Who's the daddy?"
"My husband." I placed my hand on my belly. I'm officially 3 months. I'm surprised I've been able to hold my baby this long.
"Congratulations." He said.
"What do you want Trevor?"
"Okay I'll go ahead and say it. I miss you. I miss us. Coco I want you to be mine again?"
"Have you lost your damn mind! I'm married! And I have a child on the way! Trevor you're still a selfish little boy who only thinks about himself. It will be a cold day in hell before I'm yours again." I grabbed my purse, put on my sunglasses and walked outside leaving him speechless.
August POV
"Here ya go." She sat da' plate down in front of me an' took a seat next ta' me.
"Thanks Ma." I said ma' blessins an' began ta' eat.
I felt ha' starin at me.
"Wassup Ma."
"What happened with you and Jordin?"
"We jus' got into a argument last night." I smacked my lips.
"About what?"
"Bout ha' havin male friends. Its dis dude name Stephen. He been textin ha an' otha' thangs an' she thank it cool. But Ion like dat stuff. Dats dead." I answered addin mo' syrup ta' ma' pankcakes.
"Mmm." She got up an' walked ta' da' fridge.
"What dat mean?"
She pou'ed me some orange juice, sat down an' sighed.
"You so full of it. The only reason you don't want her to have male friends is bcuz u havin trust problems. Y'all are married now and that's one of the main things y'all need. Jordin would never do anything like that. I see the way she is around you. She loves you. She would never leave you in the dark. You trusted her before y'all were together. What makes it so different now?"
"Its not ha'. Its da' dudes. I know how dudes thank. Shi- shoot I am one."
"You can shut that down. Not every dude is the same. Y'all need to work it out and talk. That woman loves you. You love her. Get outta yo bullshidd pride and apologize."
"I will mama. Jus' let me finish eatin." I continued to eat the rest of my food.
