I was sitting at the lunch table with my friends here at Gotham Academy. 

"So has anyone else felt like all this homework is just so overwhelming?" your friend asks.

"No, not for me," you reply, "its just been perfectly whelming." You didn't notice a certain raven haired boy look over at you and smile at your use of the word.

"Whelming? Is that even a word?" your friend asks.

You shrug, "If it's not then it should be. I always feel like I'm whelmed, not overwhelmed and not underwhelmed, just whelmed you know?"

Your friends smile at you," Okay, just don't use that word on one of your English papers or you might get some points docked off." 

"Okay, but I still think it should be a real word."

---Le Time Skip----

After school is over you wait outside, sitting on the steps, for your ride to come. "Hi, how are you doing? My name's Dick Greyson." You look up and see a raven haired boy smiling at you.

"Hi, my name's Y/N" you say to him.

"Mind if I sit down?"

"No, not at all," you reply.

"Cool," he says sitting down, "I am totally feeling the aster right now!" 

You look at him and smile, "I thought I was the only one that used that word," you say.

"I always say words like that," he says. "My friends always ask me why I say whelmed or traught or asterous."

"Mine too!" you say smiling at him. You see your sister pull up, "Oh sorry, my ride is here, I'll see you later okay?"

"I look forward to it, stay traught," he says. You laugh a little then go in your sister's car.

"So who was that?" your sister asks. 

"Just a friend at school," you say.

"Really? Is he your boyfriend?"

"No!" you say blushing.

"Whatever you say sis."

You try to stop thinking about him, but you can't deny you're looking forward to seeing him tomorrow.
