Chapter 1: Prologue
December 10,World war II,1939 I walk with my squad, our guns ready to fire at the Japanese soldiers at any moment. Out of nowhere, we hear "kamekanze bonzai!" And Japanese soldiers come out of spider holes. We lost a couple of men but we won that scary moment. We continue to walk and there haven't been Any other soldiers so we radioed the command center and told them that we've only encountered the Japanese once today, which was kinda off because the Japanese were always alert. We get back to base and discuss our plans.

Chapter 2: The dream
December 11,1939
It was a cold and rainy day. It was very foggy and i couldn't see shit. We walked along a path, the only thing we could see in the fog. I hear the battle scream of Japanese soldier and the sound of a wood covering opening. They charged at us with their bayonets, i was tackled and pushed to the ground and blacked out. When i awoke, i couldn't see my crew anywhere. I got up and worked my way along the path. After a while of walking, i hear the sound of a string snapping. I back up as soon as the trap comes around the tree and stops. It was a piece of bamboo with sharpened bamboo in side of it.

I continue to walk and i find some of my crew, dead, but what wondered me was why they were ripped open. I continue to walk and try to get mind off of what i just saw. I hear screams off in the distance. I begin to follow those screams but i am stopped by the sound of a twig snapping behind me. I turn around to see a horrifying sight. It was on of my crew members, but he was ripped open, he had blood on everywhere. He runs at me and before i could move. He tackles me and screams in my face. I take out my knife and stab him in the forehead. His eyes widen and he falls off of me. I get up and began to follow the horrific screams. I hear the sounds of leaves rustling. I turn around to find my crew members. They looked kinda the same, ripped open and bloody. I fire at them with my pistol. The fires didn't seem to hurt them at all. They just left bullet holes. I tried shooting one in the head, that seemed to kill them. I shot one in the and another and another and when it came down to the last one, i was out of ammo. I pulled out my trench gun and killed the last undead. More undead come and overwhelm me me. I wake up screaming, it was all just a dream.

Chapter 3: The unexpected visitors
Journal entry: December 12,1939
I'm out on patrol with my squad waiting for enemies to attack but it was quiet. I didn't like it. We have walked a mile and still no one attacks. I continue to walk with squad. "Damn, sure is quiet huh?" "Yeah" i reply. We walk another mile and find a dead Japanese soldier. We walk over him but something grabs my leg, i look down and it was the Japanese soldier. Halfway dead, he says to me "Watashi no isan o hakobimasu". I couldn't understand what he was saying but in Japanese i tell him "anata mo tsutomete kimashita" he smiles and says "arigato" and stops talking. I close his eyes and get up, slightly crying. "L-lets move on" i order. What messes with my head is that don't know what killed him. Another squad perhaps? I troed to take my mind off of it and move on. As we were walking, we found the church they wanted to defend. We walked inside the church and took a break for a little bit. Yhe church had boarded windows, a cemetery out back, a big front door, and a poorly made roof. After a while, we heard the japanese soldier's battle cries "kamakanzi bonzai!" From every direction. They even managed to get on the roof and drop down. We fired at the roof as they came down. They shot through the boarded windows. Some of my men were shot and killed. After a while, the battle cries turned into horrific screams and we heard groaning on the outside. This was no dream, this was the real thing. It all stopped suddenly, then we heard the sound of scratching on the outside of the church. We still heard the groaning. Then we heard a helicopter landing and the sound of a MG and the groaning began to stop. We heard the sound of banging on the door. We aimed our guns at the door, ready to fire. When the door came down, it was another U.S squad. "Get in the chopper for evac" said sgt.Ryan. we walked to the chopper and loaded up. We got to the camp. After supper, we went to our tents and crawled into bed.
