I walked down to Aaron and he handed me a cup of coffee. I smiled at him when I heard the baby monitor go off. As I went to go to the nursery, Aaron ran up before me. I giggled a bit and followed. He opened the door and we went over to Daelyn who was crying bloody murder. Aaron picked her up and cradled her. I smiled and walked over to Santana's crib.
I looked down at him as he slept through Daelyn's crying. I giggled a bit as I started hearing her quiet down. I walked to Ashton's crib and saw him awake. I picked him up but before I could rock him, Aaron screamed. I quickly turned around. My heart sunk to the ground as I fell to my knees. "MY BABY!" I cried as I searched the room.
I looked up at Aaron as he stared blankly at the wall. He pulled out his phone and dialed 911. He left the room because he couldn't hear over my sobs. The police officer arrived 5 minutes later and took our statement. I sat there blankly staring at the floor trying to figure out how this happened. My Baby was stolen from me and I have to get her back. Those were the only thoughts alive in my head. I looked up at Aaron once more and saw tears in his eyes. I cuddled closer to him as he pulled me close. He hasn't done that in a while. I knew he was hurting more than I was. I cried on his shoulder before he pulled me out of the room and kissed me and hugged me. He looked into my eyes. " Everything is going to be alright Beautiful. Go up stairs and check on our gorgeous treasures and then rest in bed. I'll bring up some ice cream in a little bit." He knew that ice cream always calmed me down but now, nothing can calm me. I just need my baby.
