Lisa's POV
We leave for tour soon, and Alex and Michael are down so we have been having more family dinners, and Tyler is coming over too. I got a text saying
T: Here!
So I got up and walked out the door and met him in the driveway and then someone else came out of the car and I seen a familiar someone
"Anthony!" I said while I gave him a hug
"Hey Lisa how is it going?" He said
"Pretty good!" I said as I walked over to Tyler and gave him a tight and he kissed my forehead
"That I can see" he said and we started laughing and we walked inside and once we walked inside everyone notice me and Tyler and said hi to him and Anthony was following behind us
"Hey guys" he says and everyone looked at him shocked
"Anthony!" Katherine says while giving him a hug
"My turn" Lauren says while giving him one and it just continued
"Hey Anthony! How's it going!" My dad said while walking up to him to shake his head and I looked at Tyler
"So he showed up unannounced?" I asked
"Yeah he did, he was having a rough time in LA" he said
"What do you mean?" I asked
"I just don't think it was good environment for him, so I am letting him stay with me until he gets on his feet, which I'm sure it won't take long" he said
"That's really nice of you" I said
"He always has been there for me, so this is my turn to do something for him" he said and I just looked at him
"So is he staying in Nashville?" I asked
"I hope so, he belongs here, it so calm and collected and it is good for him, I mean look what good it did for me and you" he said and looked at me and smiled and I just looked at him
"It did us a lot of good" I said laughing and we all started to sit down for dinner and talked about many different random topics. After dinner was over I went outside to get some air, Tyler was talking to Michael so he didn't notice, but that is okay. I need time to myself.
Tyler's POV
I was talking to Mike and then Lisa got up and went outside, I give her 15 minutes before I go out there, I know how she is with her alone time, so while I was talking Christina came up to me and whispered in my ear
"If you want to ask my parents for their blessing, now will be the time to do it" she said smiling at me and I nodded and got up and seen where Lynne and Mike was just at the kitchen counter talking
"Um hey can I talk to you guys?" I said nervously
"Sure sweetheart" Lynne said as they followed me to a different room so no one could hear
"What is it son?" Mike asked
"I want to let you know, that I really love your daughter, and I seriously don't wanna be with anyone else" I said and mike gave me a stern look
"What are you saying?" He said which made me even more nervous
"Okay" I said pulling out the ring and giving it to them to show them and Lynne's mouth went wide and got teary eye
"I want your guys blessing to marry Lisa" I said still shaking and they both looked at each other and at the ring, then at me
"Just to let you know, I am not sure when I am going to ask" I said
"I'm still going to give it time" I said and they both smiled
"You have our blessing" Mike said and he shook my hand
"I honestly don't want Lisa to marry anyone else" he said smiling and Lynne had a tear down her cheek and came up and hugged me
"You're such a sweetheart Tyler, pleas take care of her" she said
"All my life Lynne" I said and we all walked out like nothing happened and I walked outside and found Lisa on the same hammock as last time and I went sit down next to her
"Hey you" I said and she looked at me
"Hey" she said smiling
"Whatcha doing?" I said
"Noothing" she said and I just laughed and just took her chin to face me and pressed my lips against hers and then she put her hand on my cheek and our lips continued to move in sync and after a while she pulled away but her lips was still close to mine and smiled and pecked my lips once more and then pur her head on my chest
"I missed you" she said
"I missed you too! Its been a few days" I said
"I know! I don't know what I am going to do during tour without you" she said
"I know" I said smiling
"What?" She asked
"You're going to slay every show like always" I said while kissing her forehead
"I'll facetime you every night, I promise" I said smiling and she intervene our fingers together
"Good" she said smiling
"You worked hard for this, seriously, you deserve every single moment you're going to get on this tour" I said and she smiled and laugh
"Its only month" I said smiling
"Yeah a month too long" she said still laying on chest and I was rubbing her back in circles and I was just kept thinking about the proposal for some reason and then she spoke up
"Tyler" she asked
"Yes?" I said
"Where do you see you and I in the future?" She asked which just put me in complete panic
"Well, where do you see you and me in the future?" I asked and she smiled
"Family" she said smiling
"A big one right?" I said smiling
"Yes!" She said excited which caused me to laugh
"Married?" I asked
"Well duh!" She said smiling which I love how excited she is, this calms my nerves so much, but the thing is, she has no idea.
