My new school

When we got there, the school was massive, I was totally going to get lost . I didn't want to leave Ashley but she left me as soon as she saw a 'hot' boy . A ping escaped my phone , I had a message.
MOM 🌍:
Hey sweetie, how are you doing so far? Any cuties 😉? I hope Ashley hasn't left you yet, you need to get familiar with your new school. Have fun xx

I started to reply , "Hey Mom ❤️it's massive here and I'm probably going to get lost a lot. And yes , there was one boy ..skebhfslsj" I got he shock of my life when I found out I was on the floor my books were scattered everywhere I picked up my phone ,it was cracked a small bit .
"Hey are you alright? " Said the boy from earlier on , he had kind eyes and a worried expression . I couldn't deal with his cuteness.
"I uh .." I stuttered making the corners of his lips smile, the silence was perfect but then I realised how stupid I sounded .
"I'm so sorry I was on my phone, texting my mom about my first day so far ." He apologised ,picking up each and every book that was scattered on the floor.
I had to say something , it wasn't fair he was the only one trying to start a conversation.
"Really? I'm new too. I was texting my mum about my .. sister."  I was relieved he still didn't remember me from earlier on.
"Wait, " Uh Oh "I recognise you , was that your sister you were with this morning?" Okay now I am really embarrassed.
"Yeah , her names Ashley she's a bit .. Dramatic . Was that you ?" I asked stupidly of course it was him , who else was as flawless.
"Yeah ," he smiled .Then he pulled me gently off from the floor , "I'm Joey ." He smiled.
"Y/N, " I smiled back
"That's my dogs name , " He said . Is that good or bad ? He smirked ."I'm joking, I don't have a dog , you should have seen your face ." He giggled cutely .
I laughed , " I have a dog but it's not called Joey , "
"Oh really? What's it's name? " He smiled, his face lighting up .
"Dexter,"
"Can I meet him? " He said , I'm not sure if he was joking .
"Sure, "
"What's your first class?"
"Science with Miss Booth " I rolled my eyes slightly, it was annoying that my first lesson was something I had no interest in.
"Same! In room 194 right? "
I read all the details of my timetable, room .. 194 ! I was with Joey ! Lucky I already had a friend to go to classes with .
"Right!" I smiled . We started walking down the corridor , looking at the different classes , but we were completely lost. Until Joey had to ask where to go .
"Excuse me , " Joey asked a the first person he could see , a girl with perfectly placed freckles and autumn coloured hair .
"Yes," She smiled at Joey , not seeing me .
"Me and my friend are lost ," he said pointing to me , she looked me up and down and change her tune, " do you know where room 194 is?" He asked her nicely but not as nicely as he did to me .
"Sure , follow me ." She said flicking and twisting her wavy hair in front of Joey .
After a long walk, we got there we thanked the girl and she replied with "anything for you hun," she flirted with Joey ignoring the fact that I was there with Joey.

We went inside , we were of the only students there , Miss Booth looked like a typical science teacher, glasses, crazy hair.
"Hey there, I don't recognise you two,are you the new kids?" Miss Booth said sweetly.
"We sure are," both Joey and I said at the same time , making us giggle and look at each other , he was taller then me , his hair had al kinds of shades .. oh damn I was staring again .
"Wow! The new students get to class before most of the normal students ! That's a surprise," Miss smiled happily, " you to seem happy in each other's company so you can sit next to each other if you want?" She asked us.
"That would be brilliant , thanks" Joey replied , before I could . He was so enthusiastic , it was adorable .

More students entered the room more then half often were good looking and looked friendly , but Joey was still the most handsome.

"Kids, these are our new students , Joey and Y/N , today is their first day so let's start it off with a bang." Miss Booth laughed at her own bang / science joke , the class joined her .
"My name is Joey ,and I moved here from really far away " He smiled , most of the girls started checking him out smirking at his good looks.
"I'm Y/N and I moved here from California ," I said ,sounding friendly.
"Aren't they so cute ?" Miss said.I don't know if she meant in a couple way or in a good looks way but Joey seemed to smile at her whatever miss meant.

We went to sit at the back and started talking about the work and ourselves .
"How comes you moved here?" Joey said , out of the blue . I had to answer him but I don't know if I could tell him the truth, but I couldn't lie to those eyes. "I was ..bullied because I has anxiety and because my sister rules the school and I was a nobody and people found it funny." I said, I had to tell someone.
"Were you really ?!" Joey said his face full of anger and confusion ."Do you still have .. Anxiety?" He whispered so none but me could hear , his breath was sweet and warm against my ear .
"A little bit ." I lied , it was a lot more then a little bit.
"Whoever bullied you deserves to have been taught a lesson, I will look after you , no one will bully you here."
