3 years later.

I walked out into the arena and took a deep breath. I cleared my throat and addressed the audience.

"Hey y'all, I'm still not good at this. Talking to crowds has never been easy, but most of you are equestrians. OK so this is Shetan, my very well known Arabian." I clicked my tongue, calling Shetan into the arena. He came bucking and prancing to a halt in front of me.

"This horse deserves all the credit in our success. He is my rock. OK, I am going to start the show. Now most of you probably won't like the music track but this first song is my favorite. The band that sings it saved my life. " I climbed into Shetan's saddle, and gathered my reins. I heeled him forward and started a slow walk around the outer edge of the arena.

"A long time ago I was in a dark place, I was depressed, suicidal. I turned to my music and horses to feel better. I also turned to the blade. I am not proud of my past, but I am not ashamed either. My past, no matter how gruesome, led me to here. And now I help others. This first song is the one I listened to when I was in the darkest of places. This is Savior by Black Veil Brides." I nodded my head to cue the music. I took a deep breath and heeled Shetan into a lope. I listened too the music as I started our routine.

1 hour later

I was relieved when I rode out of the arena. A how hole session without an episode. I cooled Shetan of and went back to the arena to talk to people. I was in the middle of a group of young equestrians when I heard a voice that was disturbingly familiar.

"Ma'am, I believe you lost this 3 years ago."
