The Teen Titans go to high school?

The Ride

Kori Anders was up early. Today was the first day of Jump City High. Since she had moved here last summer, from her country Tamaran (in this story Tamaran is a country not a planet) she hardly knew English. Kori combed her long red hair, and put on a purple dress with a silver jacket. She put on her favorite purple boots. She heard her older sister, Komi walking. Even though she had dark hair and eyes, Komi looked exacly like Kori. "if you don't Hury up soon, I'm leaving without you." Komi glared at her little sister.
"I thought the bus was your transportation." Kori said.
Komi rolled her eyes. " I thought you were taking the bus! So I waited for you for nothing?!"
"I'm walking." Kori said.
Komi smirked."looks like I'll get there before you do." With a turn of her heel, Komi was out of Kori's room. Kori sighed. She didn't care if Komi got to school before she did, she just wished that for once her sister would get along with her.

When Kori arrived, she saw her sister talking to some friends she made over the summer. Lucky Kori, since she picked up English a lot slower than Komi, she didn't make any friends. Kori did have a lot of fun at the pool and beach though, despite the time when Komi poured sand over her hair at the beach, and then tried to drown Kori at the pool.
One girl had blonde hair and blue eyes, with a pink headband and dress. Another also had blonde hair and blue eyes, but she had a black shirt and gray shorts, and her hair was longer. Also, she didn't look as mean as Komi and the other girl.
Kori didn't bother to join them. Instead she approached a girl with short purple hair, and her eye color that reminded her of Komi's. She was reading a book. "I am Kori Anders." Kori grinned.
"Raven Roth." The girl said, looking up from her book.

"Raven?" Kori blinked. "That is a strange name." Raven blinked.
"Strange but beautiful!" Kori exclaimed quickly, blushing a little. She didn't want to be rude to this girl. Espically since she seemed really nice.
Raven's POV
Kori had the most reddest hair Raven has ever seen, and bright green eyes. Her skin was tan, and she smiled big, which gave her a friendly appearance. "I've never seen you before." Raven said.
"I moved here from the last summer." Kori said.
"Welcome to jump city, then." Raven smiled.
"Thank you." Kori said, smiling that big friendly smile of hers.
