She grabbed my hand as we both made our way to her huge mansion. Everyone was everywhere. There were 7 teenage guys cheering on a guy who was climbing a tree. I looked at the President's daughter to see her eyes darkening at the sight.

I guess she really didn't like it when people were hurt... But where was she when her father declared a war between United States and everything else? Our country almost lost.. I mean, we were about to loose but everyone agreed that we should stop the war.

Our country would have lost because, well, one country versus all the other countries in the world... Um.. We're outnumbered. I had asked to join the army but, for some reason, they didn't accept me.

They had said that they were about to accept it but then they recieved an email from the President that said that they didn't want me, he said my name specifically, to join the army.

Everyone loved the President's daughter's parties because they get to experience what our parents did. We actually felt like teenagers, not people trying to survive. It was fun, but she only hosts parties once in two months.

Her grip on my hand tightened, making me look at her. She had the same cold expression like always, but when we were in the car, she was grinning and laughing alot.

Her smile was very beautiful. I wish she would do it often.

"We're here, Clarke," The way my name sounded from her lips made a shiver run down my spine and I didn't really know why.

She was about to turn away but I grabbed her hand before she could. Her eyes looked down to our hands and then she tensed up but I ignored it, "I don't know your name. What's your name?" I asked her.

She looked up to me and a huge smile began to make it's way to her lips, "Lexa," She said and started to walk away. She stopped and turned her head around to look at me, "By the way, Octavia is okay now. She's inside, enjoying the party."

She was about to say something else but she looked like she decided against it and said this instead, "May we meet again." Before she turned away and disappeared into the woods.

She wasn't even going in her mansion to her party, she just... disappeared. Doesn't anyone notice this? That the hostess was not present? My thoughts were interrupted when someone suddenly clinged on my arm.

That someone was about to fall so I wrapped my arms around that person before they could. I looked down to see Octavia, with bandages on her face. Poor Octavia.

"What happened to you, Octavia?" I asked the green-eyed girl but she just gave me a crooked smile.

"Raven, baby, when we going home?" She slurred and burped at the end. I grimaced and pushed her slightly away from me.

"You're drunk," I told her and she grinned.

"Drunk in love with you," She slurred before she wrapped her arms around my neck and kissed me roughly on the lips.

I pulled away and wiped my lips. I could taste the alcohol from her lips. Ugh, fucking Octavia. I threw her over my shoulder and started walking inside the mansion.

I might look like i'm kidnapping Octavia because everyone was looking at us weirdly, "What the hell are y'all looking at?!" I yelled. I didn't really care because I recognized everyone here.

They came from my shitty school too. I, then, see a specific brown-haired boy with blue eyes and I grabbed his arm with my free hand.

"Murphy, where's Lexa's room?"

He turned around and smirked at me. His signature smirk, "It's not nice to take advantage of drunk people, Clarke." He 'scolded' as if I was a 5-year-old.
