When Fleur and Bill had Victoire, Bill was always afraid of letting her go out. He knew that she was part-Veela and she would be goggled at by complete strangers and he was not okay with that.
When he confided in Fleur, she laughed at his worries. "I learned how to deal with zees," she said with a flourish, "I learned how to keep ze men away."
"But not me," Bill protested, determined to make Fleur see his point. Instead, she merely laughed.
"I didn't see ze need to."
