Cinderpaws P.O.V
I watch Fireheart as he speaks to my littermate, Brackenpaw, he then pads over to me and meows seriously, which wasn't really a surprise to be honest, he usually does "Tigerclaw has just sent Brackenpaw for Bluestar, apparently he found some evidence that Shadowclan has been stealing prey"
I gasp, there was no way Bluestar could go, the whole clan knew their leader was ill, and close to her ninth life, but he went on,
"I also need to get catmint for Bluestar "
I nod, unable to control my excitement as I offer, "I'll go tell Tigerclaw for you!"
He winces slightly and continues, his voice turning cold,
"No. I will go, and I need you to stay here, you haven't received proper battle moves and you've barley been an apprentice for a moon" And with that, he padded off, not looking back.
I sigh, I really wanted to help.. but still, Tigerclaw needed to know.
I watch desperatley as he pads out of camp in search of Catmint. And with that chance, I darted out the Dirtplace tunnel, so nobody would see me, of course.
I run, gasping for breath as I near the Thunderpath. I see Tigerclaw on the other side and I call,
"One moment! I have something to say.." And with that, I run across when a Monster nears me.
Terrified, I stop in panic and the world seems to spin around me as something hits me.
Pain shot through my hindleg and shoulder and the world went black.. The lat think I see being Tigerclaw grinning at my wounded body.
