I woke up on a summer morning feeling so refreshed. The beautiful scent of my mom's breakfast hit my nose. She makes everything taste so good! I got up and took a bath. I got ready and went downstairs and ate the leftovers, 'cause I always eat late. The doorbell rang through the whole house.
"Honey, please open the main gate." I stood up and pressed the button that opens the main gate. I on the air conditioner and greeted the guests. The maid opened the door for them to come in. I was greeting everybody who passed by me. "Hi papa" I kissed him on his cheek and hugged him. My mom stood by me. "Honey, this is my business partner and his son, Theo Cullen. And this is my wife and my daughter, Natalie Jones." My dad introduced us.
"Shall we sit?"
My dad and his business partner continued to the living room. "Ho- hey. Uhm, so...you single?" I did not just say that, did I? Natalie, you're crazy.
"What was that?" Theo asked. "Nothing, I said, hi." He just looked at me and passed by me. He just totally ignored me.
