After Mirra left I walked into the kitchen where my step dad was still at.
"Hey dad. Can I ask you something?" I say.
"Sure what is it?" He says pulling the chair out and patting it.
"What if someone you love doesn't live you back?" I say tears welling.
"I move on. I know it's hard for some people but that's the best I can say." He says hugging me.
"It's not fair. I loved this girl and she tore my heart out. I just want her back. I guess I cant, she's mad at me and she has a boyfriend now." I say fully crying now.
He hugs me tighter. He didn't say anything, just hugged me.
After the hugging fest we had I went to the basement to watch Netflix. I am so bored. I almost want to text Jade but she'll say something mean.
Can't this fighting end? I just want her to be happy I want to be friends. Why did she even call an ambulance? Why couldn't she let me die. I decide to kik her.
-so tell me, why didn't you just let me die? You hate me so much but let me live? I only tried because I wanted you happy.- I send.
I turn my phone off and watch a few movies.
I guess I fell asleep because when I woke up I could smell food cooking.
I walk upstairs.
"That smells great!" I say smelling the air and smiling.
"Why thank you very much, I hop you like it." Dad said.
I sat down and watched him cook. Man, mom is so lucky she has someone like him. I smile and think of Mirra.
Mirra has helped me so much, but I just can't keep her as a girlfriend. She's a little clingy and reminds me of Jade with the cookies.
I was served my food and ate quietly. I dont really feel like talking anymore.
As soon as I was done I cleaned my plate and went up stairs. When I got to the top I turned right instead of left. I ended up walking into a random guest room and layed down.
