Chapter 3 - Meet Timmy Turner, Vicky & Tootie Summers

7 Days Later, since after the incident, a trial was held in N City Court were Det. Lo was present, including Timmy Turner and few others as testify their statements about an incident outside in Dimmsdale Elementary School.
Mr. & Mrs. Turner became client of verdict against them and the court. Mr. Dinkelberg and few others were served as witnesses. The trial were begins and approxiamately 2 hours later, the judge sent a formal latter paper to the assistant, which everyone, client, testifyers(including Lo & Timmy), and witnesses to stand up.
The court assistant speaks loudly: "By examining the proper evidences, testing and resulting testimonies from the victims and witnesses! You two, Mr. & Mrs. Turner(I don't know their first name yet.), therefore found guilty against assaulting a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest, DUI, Public Malicous and Disturbance(Because Mr. Turner forgot his pants and instead on the legs, he puts the pants on his head all the time), Violence and Child Abuse. That is all!"
The judge replied: "Case Closed!(while hammering the court hammer on the wood circle)"
The Turners are now handed to the official policemen which Mr. Turner react again to Det. Lo cursing: "Dinkelberg!", which Det. Lo tired calling that name for mistaken and he shout: "HOW MANY TIMES I told you that I am NOT MR. DINKELBERG!!! It's ACE WING LO!! Get this Freak outta here!!"
After saying this, the policemen put the Turners to the jailvan and sent to the well-security custody somewhere in Cuba, which they reacts: "Are we in Havana? 'Coz it's beach time!!"

As for Timmy Turner, he still more afraid to his most evil babysitter in Dimmsdale, Vicky Summers who is she nothing but torturing, threatening and slavery of kids in Dimmsdale.
However, for Det. Lo has already knows these reasons. He feels his happened during his younger years, his parents always neglected, abusing and forgotten about him and turns into slave. His painful life turns tragic when he was drop-out due of his poor performance and victimized by a gang of bullies. His parents blames him, always fighting each other and quarelling, unaware who is driving a wheel of their car, their crashed, roll-over in center isle road. The rescuers rescues him but the car explode itself, killing his worthless parents. Luckily, his grandparents take care of him to become a new Ace himself. But tragic still struck when his grandfather(who is a policeman) was killed in a shootout while his grandmother died in unknown sickness. He was all alone until now but he breaks all the odds and he became from hopeless kid to respective detective and never forget his experiences as he cries for them forgiving, 'Just Past is past', he thought.

The next day in the afternoon at Dimmsdale in Timmy's house, Vicky Summers arrived and it's time to play and hurt Timmy all along after his school session.
Vicky: Hey, twerp!! Hurry up and I'll---! She did not finish her words when Det. Lo arrived via police car.
Timmy: It's you! Hi, Det. Lo.(smiles)
"Hey, kid! It's nice to see you again. How are you?"
Timmy: I'm fine. Are my parents okay in the custody??
"They're fine now as I heard earlier."

(Chief Tate, his chief assigned Det. Lo to be Timmy's guardian for protection which it was not here because it was too long.)

Vicky: Hey, you jerk! Who the heck are you!?
"Well, Ms. Summers. My name is Det. Ace Wing Lo, N Police Department detective who our station assigned me as a guardian of Timothy Turner(Timmy's real name you knew it already right.). Whether you liked it or not, you and I are accept it." -Det. Lo introduce to her.
Vicky: What!? No!! This is my house, jerk! No one crosses my business!! NO ONE!!!(hissing like a snake and she smirks)
"Timmy, get ready your homework." - he ordered Timmy to go to his room.
"What kind of your business, lady?! Listen up, lady! I don't care if you treat him like a slave. I will treat you like an enemy! You got that!" -Det. Lo's rage is building over Vicky's smirked.
Vicky: Fine, jerk!! I loved your being too angry!! Hehe!!
"Why you dork!!"
Vicky: What did you call Me!!??
"Dork! You call me Jerk, I call you dork!"
"Jerk!"- Vicky
"Dork!"
A lightning sparks between eye-to-eye contact between Vicky's evil deadly eyes and Det. Lo's lightining sparks eyes.
Timmy saw them in a window stating: "Wow! I can't believe Vicky finally found a new rival or maybe an enemy. Vicky hates him and Det. Lo hates her. Wooh!! This means WAR!"
Seconds after he said, Tootie Summers-Maverick, Vicky's younger sister and an ultimate crush for Timmy which Timmy hates her came to the scene where her sister quarelling with someone. She saw her beloved crush at the window.
"Hi, Timmy.(smiles)"
Timmy screamed at her and shut down the window, causing Det. Lo and Vicky ends quarelling.
"Hello. Excuse me, who are you?" - Det. Lo asked her.
"That's my sister, Tootie! She is the twerp's classmate and inlove with that twerp." - Vicky replied.
"Oh! Okay! That's enough our quarelling. Go home because it's nightime."
"Fine! Let's go home, Tootie!"- Vicky grabs Tootie to go home. Det. Lo saw their house was near 1/2 km away from Timmy's house.
"Really?"- Det. Lo is confused.
As he carries his things to enter the house, he heard Tootie's yells.
"Mister, please tell Timmy that 'I Love You'!" and then enters their house.
"Hmph! This is the best day ever!" he exclaimed and went inside Timmy's house to settle here.

(Oh wow! Here we go! Timmy gets bad problem from Vicky and die-hard inlove Tootie while luckily he has good news, he has a new guardian, Det. Ace Wing Lo. Question is....will Timmy trying to stay away from Tootie or he or she witness the rivalry between Det. Lo and Vicky??? Just Read It to find out!)
