They call it their continent,
I call it my home.
They call it Africa,
I call it Africa my roots
I am an AfricanI salute you Africa,
For making me who I am,
An African
I am an AfricanI respect,
I speak African languages
I am proud of those languages.
I am an African woman with dignity and respect,
Clever as a monkey,
Strong as a lion.
I am an African. The colour of my skin is
Rich, dark like a milked coffee,
Beautiful like a young Impala.
My features are outstanding,
Flat nose, thick lips, big African trade mark.
I am an AfricanThe spirits of Africa dwells within me
To make me a real African.
I mean,
The step of my feet,
The click of my heels
And the smile on my face
Makes me a real African.
I am an AfricanI have strength within me to stand and resist evil.
I am a pillar of strength,
Hope to the children.
I am river that flows,
Those who are thirsty can come drink,
They drink knowledge,
They drink perseverance,
They drink motherhood.
I'm like nature,
I give expecting nothing in return.
I am an AfricanI am a leader
But not a follower.
I inspire beyond limits.
I am a solution to a problem.
I am the precious light needed in darkness.
I am an AfricanYou may look into the
Mountains,
Valleys,
Desserts,
Oceans,
Around the
World,
Galaxies,
Universe,
But there is no one like me.
I'm smart and good looking,
I AM AN AFRICAN.***********************************PLEASE VOTE, COMMENT and SHARE**********************"
