Chapter 4

I know this is completely terrible but a certain friend kept pressuring me to update. Also it's bad because I wrote on my phone because my laptop has given up of existence so apologies for any spelling and grammar mistakes.

Hinata's heart stopped. His soulmate was Kageyama? He dropped his pen and looked at his left hand. 'All of this was Kageyama? No! That can't be possible! Can it? If we're soulmates, does that mean I like him?'

By this point Hinata was in tears. Not tears of sorrow or happiness, just tears of complete shock and confusion. Hinata leapt of his bed, tears still streaming down his cheeks, and ran towards the bathroom. Once there he put his arm under the faucet and began to wash away all the writing that he and Kageyama had created. He scrubbed at the words that didn't want to come off until all that was left was smudged ink and red, agitated skin. He went back to his bedroom and fell onto the soft blankets and burried his face in his pillow. He looked at his arm. 'Do I like him? I mean, why should I like him? He always calls me names. He's always grumpy at me.' As he continued to stare at his arm some new words appeared.

'I'm sorry. I should have told you earlier. Sleep well, Shouyou.'

Hinata tried to choke back more tears. He tried to be strong. He tried and he failed. It just felt so wrong! It felt wrong because Kageyama was so mean to him. It felt wrong because Kageyama was a boy, just like Hinata. It felt so wrong it felt right.
