With another wave of hands from Trissan we were dressed in of Puma training suits .
No doubt I look great but a little bummed with the scowl Trissan had in her face.
"Okay now listen up I'm not a trainer that's gonna go easy on you so first up stretch!" Trissan shouted with authority it Mae me jumped a little and i started to stretch immediately.
"100 press ups now!" She shouted.
I was growing exhausted she just keep on shouting ordering us around like we are her personal assistant.
I just could not take another order from that bully, I stopped and sit in the floor resting with out her permission and u don't care.
She don't own us and I don't have to do whatever she says!!!
"Carly get up! Didn't you heard when I said 45minutes in the treadmills! Well you will do just 30minutes more as punishment for not obeying orders!"
I mean who do she think she is not even the queen can order me around like that she is crazy we have been training all day and I am tired and gonna rest and I want to rest now.
So I sat there on the floor and do what pleases me.
I stared right up at here scowling face and plastered a sweet smirk on my face.😏
"I think Carly is right we at least deserve a break I'm not doing anything else and you can't make me!" Sherry said sitting down beside me with a well drawn up smirk down her face.
I felt proud of Sherry standing by side watching a scowling Trissan.
"Hey lets turn this into a game 2 points for the terrific twins" I said smiling
"Yea and 0 points for the mean scowling trainer " joked sherry.
James chuckled .
"Congratulations physical training complete"
Said Trissan who was now smiling with us like we didn't just have a showdown with words.
