 light flooded in to my eyes as i tried to sit up but my ribs were aching making it hard to breath, with all the strength i had left in me i managed to stand up and get my balance.

panic set in as the house was in silence i mind suddenly went to scarlet, i raced a fast as i could up stairs to my room to find her still fast asleep to my amazement i turn and catch the clock next to my bed and notice it 6 am that means my parent will be up at 8 am expecting breakfast.

i stood still thinking of what next i should do should i stay with the people that show me no love and abuse me or should i leave while i have chance. with the last bit of hope i have left in me i get the small amount of clothes that me and scarlet own i also get the essentials of nappies the 3 tubs of formula i have left and nappies and start to pack them into my old suitcase.

After packing my room is bear it just shows the little of what me and my little sister have to our names i slowly go over to scarlet and put her in her all in one while she does her little snores that are to adorable that puts a smile on my face. I rest her on my arm and chest and pick up the suitcase

thoughts start raising through my head money were am i going to go the only idea i have is that my so called father has left hi wallet out and he has left his bank cards.

I head out of my room trying to make little noise as possible as i reach the living room my eyes search for the wallet and there it was next to his car keys and crab them and head out the door.

would you believe it though my mother and father have a car seat so that no one can thing that something isn't right i strap scarlet in and and place the suit case in i notice its now 6.20am i get in the car and start the engine and pull of the drive and head to the nearest cash machine that is only a coupe of minutes up the road, when i get there i pull up right in front and type the numbers in the only reason i know the details is because they wanted me to get them bear i waited to see the total of money he has in there witch was 9,500 o i start to withdraws small amounts repeatedly to get all the money out.

when i am done i think of places i would like to visit and one that pops in my head is Malta and yes we both have passports because my parents took us to Spain to months back for a week so they could get pissed  while we stayed in the hotel because if people back home new we didn't go with them they would start to get suspicious.

Before i new it we we was at the airport waiting to go to Malta hoping to make a better life for me and my beautiful scarlet.
