Razum-dar
The Vestige would try and tackle him, but Khajiit senses are heightened so he could easily hear them coming, and dodge. The Vestige would pout, but then try again, this time hugging him normally and squeezing him. Razum-dar would grunt in discomfort, but smile and pat their head.
Queen Ayrenn
The Vestige would get warned by her bodyguards to keep their hands to them self, as Ayrenn is royalty. However, Ayrenn would wave them off and allow the Vestige to pepper her in kisses all over her face, which makes her giggle. "My friend, that's very improper..." she would say while smiling.
Manimarco
"You know what you need, Manimarco?" the Vestige would ask before battle. Manimarco would raise a brow,"What?" He's nearly winded when the Vestige latches onto his torso, hugging him really tight. He's practically boiling with rage, about to murder the fool, when suddenly they stand on their tip toes and peck his cheek. "Some lovin'," the Vestige finally answers with a cheeky grin. Manimarco gets extremely red in the face and the battle continues, lovin' or no lovin'!
Ambassador Ulondil
The Vestige notes how high strung the Moamer is, and sneak hugs him from the back. Ulondil's eyes go wide and he looks behind him, trying to pry the Vestige's arms off,"Are you out of your mind? Do you have any idea who I am?!" The Vestige gives him an unimpressed look,"A man who desperately needs a hug?"
Lyris Titanborn
Since she's so tall, the Vestige's face is squished up against her belly when they hug her. Lyris chuckles and lifts the Vestige off their feet, hugging them back in her muscular arms.
( Keep in mind that I've only played the Dominion and a little bit of the Covenant, and don't know many characters :') )
