WELCOME TO RED PINE'S ALL BOYS SUMMER CAMP 2016
A LETTER FROM THIS YEAR'S CAMP DIRECTOR
Campers,
We're excited to kick off another great camp season with another great group of boys! I'd like to personally welcome you all on behalf of myself and my handpicked* staff. A lot of work has already gone into putting together an experience you won't soon forget, which means all that's left is the fun part. Here's what you can expect from us this year followed by what we expect from you:
Over the next six weeks, your counsellors, myself, and the rest of the Red Pine staff will make ourselves available whenever you need us. You'll receive three exceptionally great meals a day, and if I know my counsellors as well as I think I do, there will probably be many opportunities for extra snacks! You'll be participating in lots of fun exercises and courses led by experienced specialists who are dying to teach you what they know, and those staff members will be overseeing your cabins as well. We're all very excited to get to know you!
From you, we expect that you attend meals and all other scheduled events on time and without fuss. We've done all we could to ensure you won't want to miss a single thing we have planned! Keep your cabins neat and orderly, do not bring anything inside any building that belongs outside, and do not touch any belongings that are not your own. Our most important rule is that you have respect for not only the Red Pine staff, but that you have respect for other campers and also yourselves. Without your cooperation, the next six weeks won't be much fun for anyone, so we thank you in advance for understanding and accepting the rules (a more complete list of which you can find in the handbook you should have received last week in the mail)!
Below is a list of our counsellors and the rest of my staff – familiarize yourselves with their names! They're going to do their best to learn yours as well. And again, welcome to Red Pine's All Boys Summer Camp 2016. I'm looking forward to an incredible season.
Sincerely,
Louis Tomlinson, Camp Director
*Indicates one member of the staff was unfortunately not handpicked but is still guaranteed to tackle the job as enthusiastically and as capably as everyone else.

TAKE NOTE: This story prompt was sent to me by alessandra and samantha and will feature lots of ideas from both of them as well as myself! It'll practically be a group effort, only I'm doing the actual writing. Both the cover and the blurb were created by Alessandra -- be sure to go give her some love! She's responsible for destroying my soul with her fantasy Larry fic, If I Could Fly featuring mermaid!Harry and harpy!Louis, so you should read that if you haven't already. It's nearly finished and her next project is called Infinitea, which will be a Larry/Alice In Wonderland AU. Yeah. You don't want to miss that.
Elf Bites is going to be on a summer hiatus until this is completed! I apologize for that, but it's the perfect place to hit pause, and who wouldn't want a fluffy, themed Larry fic just in time for summer? Thank you for your constant patience, and I hope you enjoy The Region of the Summer Stars (the title, by the way, comes from One Direction's "Walking in the Wind" if you weren't already aware)!
