Chapter 21: Should I stay or should I go?

As me and Shawn talk, I start to think. What I have been through all my life since I got expelled in my high school year. My life took a big L, I thought I really found the one. I realized the boy I was in love with damn near killed me and my son. In my head I ask God. Why am I still alive? My family been through hell. I wish I could go back in time. Certain things shouldn't have happened to me. I definitely didn't deserve this!

Shawn: Let me ask you a good question..

Janelle: What?

Shawn: Do you want to live?

Janelle: In my head... I want to leave the world. Too much stress.

Shawn: Think about what your leaving behind... Juelz & Sophie, they need you the most out of all.

Janelle: I'm loosing my head. I don't even know what Basketball is to me anymore either. I look at it like its nothing.

Shawn: You don't have the passion for it anymore. I can tell...

Janelle: They should just pull the plug...

Shawn: Well.....

JASMINE POV

Jasmine: DOC PLEASE TELL US WHATS GOING ON

Doctor: It seems as Janelle is fighting to not wake up

Jasmine: Well how is that possible

Doctor: As if she doesn't want to wake up

Jasmine: That's not like her

Ari: At all

Jasmine: That's my big sister. I literally looked up to her when I was young. Basketball star all around my city made it to the WNBA. Just crazy how people made her like this.

Ari: I remember how I first met her, high school and her and Jordan.... Not even going to get into that but me, her and Monica was real tight we just clicked.

Monica: Man if I could go back into time. I wouldn't even told her about that boy Jordan. Life is just too short to be going through this man. I remember it all.

*Jaden comes*

Jaden: This is crazy

Jasmine: Only if mommy was still here this would've even happened

Jaden: I miss her like crazy.... Where's dad?

Jasmine: On the plane to get here, but he better come fast she is fighting to not wake up

Jaden: I never knew this suicidal stuff could of happened

Jasmine: Jaden you was barely around us we barely have a bond with you..

Jaden: Jas... Don't start this mess. It's not my fault our father was a drunk and I moved out and I ain't wanna deal with that!

Jasmine: It ain't my fault either so what you mean

Doctor: THAT IS ENOUGH PLEASE
