Camryn's POV
I got out of bed and got ready for school. after I was done getting ready I went downstairs and made some pancakes and waited for Jake to come. I heard the door open and it was Jake, most people said that we would make a good couple but to me he is my brother. I finished my breakfast and both Jake and I walked to my mom's car.
"how you doing Jake?" my mom asked
"great" Jake said putting on his seat belt
My mom drove us to school and once we walked in Missy pointed the camera right in my face and said, "Missy Braxford here with school news and here with me today is Jake and Camryn, don't they look so cute together?" I walked away and headed towards my locker. Jake followed and I didn't mind.
"Camryn I have something to ask you" Jake said
"what is it?" I asked
"My dad was caught with marijuana possession so now he is in jail and since my rent cant be paid, the management is giving me 4 day to move out so could I stay at your house?" He asked
"Yeah, do you need help?" I asked
"I think I will be fine" he said closing his locker door
We were on our way to class and that's when Missy came walking toward us.
"Hey best friends" she said trying to put her hands around us
"Missy save it, you know that me and Jake are just friends so why would you put that on your blog" I said
"Because my people want drama and without it school isn't interesting" she sad looking down at her phone
"Can you just quit" I said walking away with Jake
"But, but...." She said trying to catch up
We walked into science and sat down.
"Students we are going to be using some chemicals today and I will be partnering you guys by table so when I call your name move to your assigned table" Mrs. Johnson said
And of course she had to put
me with Tiffiney and her friends who just so happened to hate me. Mrs. Johnson passed out the safety glasses and right when she set them down on the tray Tiffiney passed the two to her friends, kept on to herself, and threw money in my face.
"Why did you do that!" I said rubbing my eye
"Oops it just slipped out of my hands" she said laughing with her friends
"Bitch" I said under my breath
"Oh what was that, did you just call me a bitch" she said taking off her gloves off her hands
She walked towards me and my heart was beating a mile a minute. I closed my eyes and didn't open bit than I heard Jake's voice.
"Stay away from her" I heard Jake say
I opened my eyes sand Tiffany finally sat down. In was relieved but worried at the same time.
After School
After school Missy and Jake came to my house and I explained everything to my parents about Jake's situation.
"Jake you can live with us" my mom said
We all went upstairs and got out our homework.
"Hey Camryn, can I play some music?" Missy asked
"Yeah, just hit play" I said pointing at my iPod
"What kind of music is this" Missy asked trying to change the song
"Its classical music and studies show that it helps you think" I said
"And what year was this made, 1695" she said
"Real funny, now get started on your homework" I said
"Well I am gonna turn up so why don't we listen to Fetty Wap" she said hooking her phone up to my speaker
