But what about the people who murder other people they just go to jail for about twenty-five years they don't get banned or killed. For example the dog in the video thinks that the people are just playing look at his tail. And just because the dog looks vicious, doesn't mean that that dog is vicious or dangerous it just depends on the owner. The owner can train the dog to be vicious and/or dangerous. Pit-Bulls can also attack people as stated in source two, "A neighbor's Pit-bull had escaped the house, and was sitting on the Maria's driveway when eight-year old Melisa and her mother returned to the house where Melisa was viciously attacked. Melissa requiring multiple surgeries." But other dogs can do the same thing for example; my brother was attacked by a Golden Receiver to be exact, he had to get thirty-two stiches for his leg, he can still walk but that dog was not killed or sent to the pound it was just sent back into its yard.
