Time passed by and saying liam was happy would be understatement.. cuz happy? He was past beyond happy. He finally accepted his crush for zayn and the butterflies that grew in his stomach everytime zayn flirted with his pervert side was just a common thing for him now. Not to forget that these little things became of his favourite things about zayn. He loved the way zayn made him all nervous and warm at the same time, how he felt excited yet his heart swelled with comfort around him. Plus point, Working beside him made him realise how good zayn is... as a human, as an artist, as a business, as everything.. Sure he is short tempered and a moody person but once he is out of it, he is nicest man on the planet, one of the things liam learnt about him.

The album (made in the AM) was done with all the promotion and during all this, zayn was right next to him, never leaving his side for once. It was not easy for zayn to be honest, he started getting his modeling shedules, his issues to find a new land to expand his cloth-line and countless invitation to attend Vogue fashion shows or other shows. But even after a hectic schedule, everytime liam turned around, he found zayn, staring him with a small smile. It was obvious for liam to start liking zayn.

Not to forget zayn has also signed a contract with his uncle for an album and he had such a hard time doing the singing, specially taking out time for that but the thought of staying with liam pushed him to almost everything, he really did became his true inspiration.

After two strong month of torture finally everything was sorted. Liam's album or lets say one direction's album smashed the charts and became a hella sensation. All the promotion, interviews, shows, just everything was sorted out. Finally liam got time for himself and he cant wait it to spend it with zayn. Like they rarely got time to talk, either of them was always busy, the only thing they did was share some eye contacts and warm smiles, not like liam complained but he still wanted more. But before that can really happen, an award show was lining up and they had to attend as their album was nominated. Liam was looking forward to attend it with zayn, maybe he will talk to him about his feeling later that night.

Liam wakes up in an empty bed and gave a huge sigh, because thats what he is doing from last one week, sleeping and waking up in an empty bed. Zayn's work was so delayed that he started coming late till liam finally gives up waiting and goes to bed and in the morning he use to leave even before liam wakes up. It started worrying him about his health but zayn said he was okay and once everything is done he is having a long vacation with him and honestly.. liam was looking forward to it.

He picked his phone from the lamp table and rolled on his bed, laying his head in the pillow, he placed his phone on his ear, hearing the rings once he called zayn.

Zayn wasnt receiving his call.

"Damn Malik it took me so many guts to call you and here you are not receiving my call" liam whined and called him again.

After calling like a clingy girlfriend for atleast 15 times liam calls at his office.

Right after three rings a happening feminine voice speaks

"Vogue Estate. How can i help you?"

"Its me, liam"

Considering how liam called zayn so many times during his work, its pretty obvious that his whole staff knows about him.

"Oh Good morning sir! You want something?"

"Yeah! Zayn is not receiving my call! Is he in a meeting?"

"Mr.Malik is not here... sir"

"What? I mean he isnt there?"

"Yes sir! Mr.Malik said he wont be coming today and cancelled all his meetings this morning"
