Well let me introduce myself I'm Jessi Philips and I'm Puerto Rican with long black hair. Im 19 years old and my best friend name is Niani or Nani for short but I'm kinda mad at her I've been calling her for two damn weeks and this bitch can't answer so I'm about to call her mom

"Ma" I said when she answers the phone
"Yes Jes??" She asked
"Where is Nani I've been calling her for for two weeks" I said getting mad all over again
"No one told you.... She's in a coma hun" Ma said and by her voice I could tell that she was crying
"Which one??" I ask
"St.Jude's" she said
"OK I'll be- be there in a few" I said chocking on my tears a little
"OK I have some people you have to meet her ok baybee??" She told me
"OK mom" I said then hung up

As soon as I hung up I hopped in the shower stayed in there for about 15 minutes washed my hair and my body then brushed my hair and put it half up half down. Then I put in my distressed cut jeans with my Jean Jersey 76 tube top and my white Jimmy Choos, then put on a little bit if make up.

After I was satisfied with my look I got my phone, purse and car keys and I was on my way to see my best friend.

"Who was that" Lorenzo asked
"Nani's best friend.. I thought someone would have told her by now" I said more to myself
"Oh she didn't know??" Cierra asked
"Yeah that's what she said" I replied
Then Jessi walked in looking all pretty.
"Hi Ma" she said walking to give me a hug
"Hi baybe" I was returning the hug
"Where the fuck were you while your best friend was sitting her in a coma" Cierra said with a lot of attitude
"Well if the irrelevant person and or people want to know I just got back from Florida my grandma had broken her hip and my family and I where down there for 3 weeks moving all her shit down her so she could live with us.... And more questions??" Jessi questioned and Cierra was silent
"Thought so" Jessi said
"Gurl chill" I said laughing
"How long has she been here?? I've been texting and calling her for straight 2 weeks" Jessi said walking to Nani's bed
"She's been here and in a coma for two weeks and sorry boo her phones been dead" I said
"I'm sorry best friend if someone would have told me I would have walked here from Florida and you know I would" Jessi said
"Jessi I know you would have but you can't beat yourself up about this it's nuthin we can do besides pray and hope that she makes it" I said while Jessi layed down in Niani's bed
"Nani I need you your my other half we've always been there for each other like do you remember when we were in the 1st grade and that fat girl stole your chips so we jumped her and took her cookies.. Or when we were in the park and I fell off of the monkey bars and you put the Band-Aid on my knee and told me pretty girls don't cry so suck that shit up.. Or in the 3rd grade how you helped me get Anthony Graham to sit with us during lunch.. Or in the 5th grade we danced in the talent show and won 600 dollars.. Or our 8th grade graduation how we cried and told each other we were going to miss each other even though we live next door and seen each other everyday.... Or our first day of freshman year when we fought thoes two girls cuz they stepped on you Jordan or a month ago when I called you and told you about my grandma and you held me while I cried and the next morning how I got my period and we at snacks all day and you rubbed my stomach and told me I was going to be OK and you ordered some chicken and tacos. These are just some of our great memories and there are many more to be made so please wake up sis I need you." I said crying and hugging her

Just thinking of all the shit we did together makes me happy I'm an only girl so having Nani is an amazing experience. People call us twins cuz she share the same birthday May 4th (just in case you don't remember from the 1st chapter)
" Well give you some more time baybe" Ma said kissing the both of our foreheads
I just started at my best friend she looked so.... Dead and peaceful but she didn't look happy. It looked like she was battling and fight for her life and I just want her to know that she's not alone, I eventually cried myself to sleep
