I was shoved into a room I never thought I would ever step in. Damn you, Elise. I am so getting back at you for this. I felt a dozen stares. I knew I didn't fit in, being the only plus-sized person in the room.
I gulped and walked to the only empty chair. Taking in a deep breath, I glanced at the lady sitting beside me. Then to the two others on the same row. The waist-length blonde wig I wore started to irritate my scalp, helping with increasing my anxiety level.
Finally, I stared at the fiive people sitting in a row in front of me. Their judging gaze directly on me. I sucked on my lip as the adrenaline took over. The middle-aged man seated in the middle scoffed at me, making my blood boil with anger.
"Now, let's start the audition for Angela, the fallen queen bee." I clenched my teeth and composed myself, straightening my back. With a condescending attitude, I crossed both my legs and arms.
