"Kait come on or we will miss our flight!" I heard my mom call from downstairs as I grabbed my last bag
As I was going out my room door and looked back at the room where every little thing happened to me. Good or bad.
I close the door and walk down stair's to the car. I put the bag in the back and get in. My mom gets in and few minutes later. "Hey this is a new start for us Ok." She says rubbing my shoulder. This moving idea wasn't my idea. I cried when I found out we were moving to Missouri. Like 200 miles away from home.
I just nod my head and give her a small fake smile. We drive off and I put on my headphones. I stare out the window on the way to the airport. We pass by my old school and I feel empty. Even though that school was awful, my best friend was there. Abby.
We pull up in the parking lot and get our bags and head in. We wait for at least an hour which seemed like forever. I listen to "Please don't go" while I waited. I felt a tap on my shoulder and it was my mom. I took my headphones off and heard "Flight 27 to gate 10 is now boarding." I get my stuff and hug my mom because we couldn't sit together.
I finally get to my seat. After five minutes a boy with blond hair sits next to me. He gives me a soft smile and looks at his phone. The plane takes off and he looks at me and ask "What's your name?" "Kait." I say. "Oh I'm Austin." He says. "Hi Austin." I say
We talk for a while and I find out he's cool. And he goes to the same school as I will. I eventually fall asleep on his shoulder by accidentally.
Fast forward to the new house
We get to the new house and its so nice. I go to my room and its so much bigger than my old one. I unpack and go outside. I go to the backyard and its so big. We even have a pool. I hear screaming and laughing so I go look be hind the fence door.
I see Austin and some boy. He looks cute I wonder what's his name. He notices me and runs over. "Hi." He says. He has brown shaggy hair and brown dark eyes. HE LOOKS LIKE A PUPPY! "Hi." Is all I say. "What's your name?" He ask. "Kait,You?" I ask. "I'm Triston Tyler." He said.
