Unfriendly Territory

I was so surprised to see the fox just come out and try to attack us, but its not like it didn't happen to me before. I could tell it was obviously no ordinary fox, because of what Erchan called him.

I stumble backward and fall to the ground." Rose get out of here he could hurt you just head straight I will find you by smell. GO NOW!" This time it was a human language, and i understood perfectly well, so I got to my feet and run, just as he told me to. I was terrified .

Not long after that I stop and look back I was about 15 yards away. I could hear the things he said in the alien type language he spook in. I hear his voice and another. I had to guessed it was Alfren.

I listen into the conversation. Just to know why or how they knew each other. "Alfren I told you I can't come back, I have a job to do. It's a life debt, not like you would ever know what it's like."Erchan says so snobby I couldn't believe he could ever be so mean.

"Oh just be quite. I have a family, I know what it's like. You need to come back, we need you" The fox said sounding sincere.

"Go now Rose he doesn't know you there. I am only speaking to you." I believe what he says. I then start to run again, this time faster.

I ran a lot further this time. By the time I stopped running I was hearing what sounded like a river. I follow the sound to find the river."Wow!" I say in a surprised voice, but it was still a whisper .

"I know this is a very beautiful river. We are about 5% of the way to the wizards place." I turn quickly to see who it was although I knew it was Erchan.

It is getting around the time the sun sets, so we build up a nice-ish place to sleep for the night. It had a fire to cook what I could find and what he could catch.

I knew that sometime tonight we would get atacked again. I could tell because of how nervous and on guard he was." Are we going to get atacked again? Erchan who was that fox? What did you guys talk about? How did you know each other? Why did he atack us?" I was going to ask a few more questions but I stopped because I could tell he was getting overwhelm with the questions I had already asked.

"Yes. We might get attacked again tonight." He said his voice sounded as if he was going to fall asleep.

I could feel the eyes peering at me from the woods. It seemed as if all of the bigger animals in the woods had came to attack us. I shut my eye to try to ignore it, but as I did a lot of them started to walk towards us. I shook Erchan awake from his deep slumber.

Erchan had told me earlier that if any thing were to happen that I should wake him up. So that is what I did as they came at us.

"ROSE?!" He jumps to him legs in a defensive position. He seemed so surprised and also so concerned about my safety, that made me happy. To see him worry for me was different than normal .

Once I look at the big animals I see that there is a lot of foxes. The colors varied from color to color red, black, gray, tan and so many more. That made me even more scared to see so many and all so different. At this point I'm so scared that I can't move.

I hear the alien type language that I heard earlier. This time there were 50 times as many voices. I heard through the cloud of voices Erchan saying, "Cover you self with the furs it the safest way for you." He said this in English this time. That is the language I speak so it makes sense to me, but the others could tell the difference. They all stopped to look at Erchan " To late" he sounded disappointed.

"Erchan. How are you doing?" The 2 biggest foxes push through the others. One of them was the one from before, in the forest .
