⭐⚪ Asriel x Reader: Dreams⚪⭐

You rumbled in your sleep. You groaned s you tried your hardest to get comfortable. But you couldn't.

You were having another nightmare.

~Dreamland

Everything was black. There was nothing on the floor but ashes and dust of different monsters. You flinched at the sight. You looked around.

"H-hello.....? Anyone.....?" You asked.

*...........

*But nobody came

"Mom? Dad?"

*But nobody came

You felt your nerves act up. Tears started to stream down your cheeks. You held yourself to stop shaking. You called out another name. This one had an odd response.

"A-Asriel!"

*..........

*......Y/N.....?

You felt a bit of joy. "Asriel! Where am I!?" You yelled out. You felt that ground shake violently, shaking your body as well.

*Y/N.

"Asriel! Why is there dust everywhere!?"

"Y/N!!!!!"

~Dream over

You let out a whimper as you shot up,bumping Asriel's head with yours.

"Owwwww....." You both said as you rubbed your heads." Oh. Sorry, Y/N. It's just..... I saw you sweating and shaking and mumbling words in your sleep." Asriel said." Are you okay...?" He asked. You shook your head." I was shaking you to wake you up."

"Are you sick?" You shook your head again." N-no..... I'm having nightmares......." You said. You wiped some sweat off your head with a hot rag Asriel gave you. Asriel looked at you concerned.

"How long have these been going on, Y/N? What are they about?" He asked.

"They've been going on since I came to the underground. They were all terrible. Each worst than the last. And what they're about......?" You wiped a tear. Asriel grabbed your hand and led you out of bed." C'mon. We have to tell mom and dad about this. " He said.

You pulled your hand away." N-no! Please..... I don't want them getting involved. I'm afraid something might happen to them...." You said with a sniff. Asriel hugged you.

" It's okay,Y/N.
When we tell them, they might find a way to get rid of these nightmares. Or at least help you with them...." Asriel said. You silently cried and nodded. Asriel then grabbed your hand and led you to mom and dad's room.

He knocked.

*But nobody came

"Ah!" You said. You clutched your head. Asriel looked at you concerned. He knocked again.

"P-please...... Stop......" You said weakly. Now you were just on your knees.

This time, Asriel called their names." Mom! Dad! Y/N is in trouble! "

The door swang open to reveal Toriel with her fist full of fire and Asgore with his trident. "Asriel! Is she/he alright!?" They both said. Asriel picked you up." She's/he's been having nightmares." Asriel said. He handed you to Toriel. Toriel cradled you like a baby.

"My child, have you really been having nightmares?" She asked. You nodded,your eyes filled with tears. Asgore and Toriel both let you inside the room. Toriel sat you on her lap on the bed as Asgore and Asriel sat next to you both.

"Why didn't you tell us sooner?" She asked." B-because! I was afraid that you guys might get hurt! I don't want to bring you in this and know that someday you'll turn to dust because of me!" You said as you cried into her dress. Toriel patted your back." What have the dreams been about?" Asked Asgore. You sniffed.

"E-everyone dies. There's dust everywhere...." You said as you layed your head on Toriel's chest and looked at him.

Everyone gasped." M-my child.... Have you really been having nightmares like that?" Toriel asked. You nodded." Is it because I'm human? Was I not meant to come down here and meet such a kind family?" You asked.

"...."

"Y/N...." You felt some furry hands touch yours. You looked and saw Asriel." Its okay..... Were all here for you." He said. Asgore and Toriel nodded." We always will be." They said. You smiled a bit.

"Now,do you two want to sleep with us for the night?" Asgore asked. You and Asriel nodded." Hehe. Okay,my child." Said Toriel. You all layed on the bed,all in an embrace with someone. Asgore with you,you with Asriel, and Asriel with Toriel. Asriel turned to you. A soft smile crept to his face.

"Sweet dreams,Y/N."
