"Namjoon is still a problem."

[Y/n]'s mind revolved around the events that had happened previous to her when they had arrived at the apartment complex. Jaebum was crazy.. he kidnapped Jackson. He broke into Namjoon's house. and he stalked her five hours away from her town. She didn't know what to do with this information, but she did know two things for sure. Jaebum was to be thought of as high risk and [Y/n] was not able to let him ruin her visit with her brother. She still was going to try and make the most of the week spent with everyone before class would start once more.

The next day arrived after the whole fiasco with Jaebum and everyone was practically walking on eggshells around [Y/n], which irked her. a lot. it was after Himchan awkwardly tried to make conversation with her was she ready to snap, but before she could Hoseok stepped past her whispering "Namjoon is still a problem." [Y/n] turned to question Hoseok but he was already out of the room before she could.

Confusion was evident on [Y/n]'s face. what did this mean? A sudden feel of uneasiness washed over her. Was Namjoon on Jaebum's level? Was that what Hoseok meant? [Y/n] walked to the living room where everyone was located and instead of sitting next to Namjoon, who she had been only sitting by after the Jaebum incident, [Y/n] placed her self next to a surprised Seokjin and across the room from a shocked Namjoon. Everyone looked on in silent confusion. "What?" [Y/n] demanded as she casted a glance at the group. Challenging them to say something. "Seokjin just looked cozy..." everyone focused on their phones or the television, but Namjoon, who continued to stare at [Y/n] even though she made no effort to spare him a glance.

Youngjae looked around at the silent group, "hey maybe we should go to the beach? I mean it's only an hour away from here?" everyone threw glances at one another.

"That sounds like a great idea!" announced Yongguk as he stood up and started walking to the kitchen. "You all get ready and I'll make sandwiches for lunch." Seokjin, Youngjae, and Daehyun followed into the kitchen to help out while the others started to get ready. [Y/n] quickly walked to the other room to get away from Namjoon.

Jungkook's P.O.V.

Now what the hell did Hoseok tell [Y/n]? Jungkook had watched Hoseok tell [Y/n] something and by the response she had to him and then to Namjoon it was evident to Jungkook that Hoseok told [Y/n] something that scared her and Jungkook would do anything in his power to protect his friend. Jungkook stayed silent the whole time. waiting for the perfect moment to confront Hoseok.

During the car ride to the beach Jungkook made sure to sit next to [Y/n], who placed herself by the window. When [Y/n] didn't make conversation with him Jungkook decided to try himself. Taking out his phone he sent his quiet friend a quick text.

Jungkook: whats up?

[Y/n] aka gf: nothing much. you?

Jungkook: ok [Y/n] cut the crap. what's actually up? tell me ur mah gf..

[Y/n] aka gf: youre cringey af. its just... Hoseok said something about Namjoon being a problem. Kookie im scared... is Namjoon going to be like Jaebum?

Jungkook: i wont let anything bad happen to you [Y/N]. I'll talk to Hoseok to see what he means. with me by your side you dont need to worry. my baby. my fuckin cinnamon apple.

Jungkook heard [Y/n] snort before she leaned her body against his. "You're so weird Kookie... but thank you." [Y/n] cuddled more into the smiling Jungkook.

Jungkook glanced down at the girl against him and smiled before he started to think about what she told him. Namjoon was definitely odd. Jungkook couldn't disagree with that one bit. He also couldn't shake the fact that Hoseok might be onto something involving Namjoon that he he needed to find out. For [Y/n]'s sake.
