I texted Jason and told him I forgot I had a church meeting tonight and asked him if he would like to go.
As I was curling my hair my phone went off. I got my phone and Jason texted back he replied, " Its fine we can hang out another time have fun."
I didn't know what to say so I didn't respond. Soon after that my mom came in my room and asked if he was coming.
"No, he said for me to go alone and we can hang out some other time." I told my mom in a sad voice. She came over and hugged me and kissed my head.
"Hunny its ok there is always next time." I looked at her and smiled, "yeah I guess your right."
