One shot Book 2

This is a quick update, since Wattpad is still kinda broken for me. Anyway, I'll try my best to not fuck shit up more then I'm already doing with my life. So, have fun!

I never had the chance to tell him my true feelings, but when he told me he was coming to visit me again, I lost my breath. He also told me something happened between him and Berenice, they fought about something, but he never told me what. Tyler told me to ask him about or to tell him how I feel, which is kinda ironic as he don't tell the guy he likes how he feels. Anyway, we kinda became closer because of that.

I looked over everything to see if it's in place before I go get him in the airport. Keys, phone, windows closed and jacket, all check. The house is clean, I took a shower and there's beer in the fridge.

I exited the door and got in the car.

~Time skip~

"Lui!!" David screamed as he saw me, waving like a kid.

"Hey Nogla, sup?" I said, giving him a hug and helping him with his bags.

"Nothing much man, just wanted to see my best buddy." He said that, making me sad since I'll never be more then that to him. "So, how have ye been?"

"Good, good."

"Ye don't sound good, what's up?" He said, looking me in the eyes. I smiled and shook my head.

"Nah, I have just been too tired lately."

"Oh, alright. So, what is the plan lil man." He always make me laugh when he says that.

"I don't know, I was thinking of going to the zoo to see the giraffes there, but since you are here now." I said, making him laugh.

"Touche. How about pizza and games?"

"You just read my mind."

~Time skip again~

"No Tyler, I'm not gonna do it." I said on the phone. "Why don't you tell your too?" I heard a sigh over the phone.

"I can't man, what if he doesn't feel the same?"

"That's the same problem I have right now. I would be-"

"I have to go, he is coming. One thing, try to find out if he likes you. Bye."

The call went dead and I threw myself on the bed.

"Hey Lui- oh, you going to sleep?" David stood at my door.

"No, no, I'm just resting, that's all." I said, sitting up.

"Okay, so I wanted to ask ye if we gonna call the pizza now or later."

"Oh yeah, could be now if you want."

"Ye still like pepperoni right?" He asked. I nodded and he let out a sound of relief. "Oh good, cause I already called. The pizza is on its way." I shook my head laughing. Him and his big ass stomach.

We sat on the sofa, playing some games while we waited for the pizza man to show up. After 20 minutes, the door bell rang and David ran to the door like a puppy when his owner arrives. He talked a little with the delivery guy but I couldn't make out what. I then heard him paying and saying good bye.

"Thanks man, good night."

He placed the pizza box at the counter and grabbed some plates for us. We ate in almost in complete silence, which was strange.

"Hey man, you kinda quiet." I pointed out, which made him get off his day dream.

"Sorry, just spaced out a little." We came back to silent.

We finished our pizza and sat back on the sofa, watching whatever was on.

"Lui, can I talk to ye for a second?" He suddenly asked. I sat up and looked at him. "So, uh, me and Berenice broke up." He said, a hint of sadness in him.

"Dude, I'm so sorry, are you ok?"

"Yeh, yeh, but..." He started saying but hold back. He ran his hands on his face, looking down.

"Wanna talk about it?"

"Actually, no..."

"Okay, let's take your mind out of it then." I said, getting up and grabbing some beers for us.

"Lui..." He said behind me. I turned around, expecting him to be still on the sofa, but he was in front of me. "We... Broke up because..."

My heart raced as his words feel of his mouth. "It's ok, you don't have to tell me David."

"N-no... It's because of..." He whispered the last part and I couldn't make it out.

"What?"

He came closer to my face, his mouth on my ears and he whispered again.

"You."

I started to blush and I couldn't breathe right. My legs became weak and when I looked into his eyes, I saw hope. He parted his lips to say something but I ignored and lunched myself in it.

I could sense he was shoked, but kissed back in less then a second. We parted to catch our breath and looked at each other's eyes.

"God ye so beautiful."

I smiled and hugged him, meeting our lips again.
